You can have any color you want, as long as it's not black.

When you get the job, I want to make sure that you have all the required qualifications. I want to make sure that the experience you have is the experience you want. I don't want you to be intimidated by the amount of work involved. I want you to be excited. I want you to have a passion for what you're doing. If you can't have a passion for what you're doing, then there's something seriously wrong with you.
