  4. Belarus/Western Border:

  6. The RU collaborator who guided the missile attack on Yavoriv early in the war was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

  8. The EU plans to strengthen sanctions on Belarus, specifically targeting luxury cars and other luxury products which are ultimately being paid to RU businesses evading sanctions.

  10. Romanian President Klaus Iohannis stated that the delivery of a Patriot system to UA should be approved by the Supreme Council of National Defense and is conditional on not harming Romania's air defense.

  34. RU advances to the NE of Kharkiv city appear to have broadly stalled, as RU launched 2 attacks towards Liptsi. RU lost some 220 soldiers and 32 pieces of equipment on this axis in the last day. RU launched 8 assaults today.

  133. G7 leaders are due to meet this week in Italy to discuss using frozen RU assets to aid UA. UA will receive the first payment from RU frozen asset profits in July, with payments twice a year.

  135. The UK claimed that China was providing lethal aid to RU, and US NSC advisor Jake Sullivan stated he had not received intel to support such a claim.

  137. The EU offers an arms procurement fund of 860 million euros to speed up arms supplies to the Armed Forces and boost Ukraine's defense industry. The proposals state that purchases must be made by at least two member countries, or by one country and Ukraine, or "through purchases by Ukraine financed by at least one member state."
