Sub by ability.

Halftime and 65 or later:
If down by 1 or haven't scored yet, replace the Counter Target on Toki with Counter Target on both AMFs.
If down by 2 or more, do the same as above plus switch attacking area to centre from wide.
If up by 2, sub out the lower conditioned AMF and put in the best conditioned 77 AMF (priority on Noot Noot) and make sure it has Counter Target. We must meme to the end, my friend.
