Kay vs Cat

The Cat of Palug looks at Kay, and Kay looks at him and they proceed to brawl. And the cat is brutalizing Kay. He’s getting mauled both metaphorically and literally, his armor rent, his helm split, his blood spilled everywhere. Boy’s praying to God.
	The Cat finally claws its’ way through Kay’s shield and Kay whacks it with his sword. The blade cuts into its’ side and the Cat looks at him confused. Then it realizes it’s not healing. Kay smiles.
“That’s right, kitty! My sword has the power to give you unhealable wounds!”
And the Wondering Boy looks at him in shock and goes “Wait, could you have done that the whole time?”
The Cat tries to run, but Kay chases it down and cuts its’ head off.
