4. Tell us about yourself:
Well my name is Adam and i'm a teenage lad from Dublin, Ireland. I started gaming when I was around 10 when I played Xbox with my school friends and
loved it to be honest. When I found out my cousin was getting a PC and was starting to get into gaming I thought that I should follow him and get
one too. That's when I got hooked into Arma 3, most of my school friends with PC's didn't really like Arma so I was the only one playing it on my
own, when I upgraded my gaming rig I got hooked onto this server where I have been playing since. I'm a bit quiet at times when talking to people
but when I get to know them I really show who I am and I like having a laugh with others and just playing games with people. I've met a lot of
people here and I continue to meet even more. I'm a friendly person that just likes having fun overall to be honest. Out of gaming I really don't
know what to do. I'm in a year in school called Transition year unlike school in other countries it's a year where we go on trips a lot and do no
exams, so to be honest I don't really know what to do when grow up. Right now I just play games and spend time with my friends and go to friday
night football games with them and travel around Ireland seeing the team I support with my friends. I also have summer coming up which unlike other
teenagers as well in school we get 3 months off so I guess i'll have a lot of time.

5. How long have you played Altis Life RPG?
Well I have been playing altis life for around two years now, I started off on another server that was big but dropped and I didn't really like
playing on a server with around 20 people on a big map not knowing where everyone was. So I joined this server and have loved it since. I've met a
lot of people and I continue to play on it. I have around 3220 hours on Arma right now and they are still counting on and on. I like playing the odd
Altis life server now and again seeing what they are like with some of my friends.



6. Have you previously played as either a cop or medic in Altis Life RPG?
Yes I have. I have been in the cops for 7 months and I was in it before for a few months until I left, I have been a C/Insp before (C/Supt) and now
i have reached the rank as the Commisioner of the APC. I've reached my ranks and have reached this high after 7 months not really thinking ive been
in that long and I plan to stay as blufor in my time on the server. I have also been a CEO of the medics before which i stepped down to focus on my
time in the APC. I'm currently a Surgeon in the medics right now.

7. How long have you played on our server and why?
Well I first joined the server around February 2015 when I started getting into it. I joined with a few of my friends who I played other games with
and they got turned off it pretty quickly but I decided to stay and play. I never really liked playing the rebel life and I always wanted to be in
the APC, so I did that and failed my first time trying to join and I got in the second time. I enjoyed my time in the cops and left for a while
because I had exams, I joined back and reached the old rank of C/Insp where I liked it and felt I wanted to join the rebel side, I liked it but I
had my thing about cops so I joined back. I had a few ups and downs and now I am a Commisioner in the APC. I've been in the APC 7 months serving
this time and I feel that I want to try another side of Blufor.

8. Tell us about your experiences with ArmA 3:
Well when I started playing Arma 3 I mainly played game modes like King of the hill and Wasteland but I started getting into Altis Life to have a
mix of combat and RP, I started off playing thinking that I would be the best rebel but I decided i wanted to turn to the blufor side, I've always
wanted to be a cop and I love doing it and playing as a cop. I always look up to the higher ranks within the blufor factions and now people look up
to me as a higher rank and take after me. I've gotten so use to Altis Life I barely play other game modes more. I spend some time playing the NMD
Sandbox mode with a few friends doing heli wars and decamp wars to sniping each other and pushing little compounds. I have 3220 Hours on Arma which
really shows my experiences with it as well, I don't play many other games because I just like playing Arma. I've always liked combat games like
Arma and I was all about the combat when I got it but when I experienced the RP servers I got more into RP and still enjoy the odd bit of combat.

9. Why do you want to join NATO?
Well I want to join NATO mainly because i'm burnt out of the APC. I want to try something new and explore a different style of play and meet new
people along my way. I feel that i'd fit into NATO because i'm a fun guy to play with and I think i'd be a good match for the others in NATO to work
along side with. I can be very good at taking higher ups orders and I'm good at communications. I think i'd suit in because I've had a lot of
experience with Blufor. i've been rebel and cop and I would like to try the different side of things and take a role of being a NATO member. Through
my time in the cops i've learnt new things and I think I would be capable to take them things into NATO. I've learnt taking orders, learning better
communications, learning new tactics and taking a leadership role in the cops that I hope I could bring and show to NATO. All of my aspects I think
would be good to be in NATO.


10. What are your in game strengths?
Well I'm pretty average to when it comes to in-game strengths. I'm not good or i'm not bad when it comes to things, I'll start of by just mentioning
some of the strengths that I have. To mention first i'm good at close/medium range combat, I'm good at roleplaying, I'm good at driving, I'm not
going to say i'm the best at flying but I am average at flying in some situations, I have great communications when it comes to situations and just
normal patrols, I'm good at following orders which I've learnt in my time within the APC when I was a low rank all the way up to my current rank.
I'm use to all the different terrain that is spread across Altis and im use to all the technology in Arma ranging from the vehicles, weapons and the
accessories that come with them.



11. What are your in game weaknesses?
Well I don't have many in-game weaknesses but the ones I do have are - As said I am average at flying, when it comes to flying I'm not really
confident in some situations flying like being under fire by people and landing in very very tight areas, other than that i'd say im average at it.
Another weakness I have is long range sniping. It's always got at me but I keep improving on my long range sniping and it keeps getting better but I
would class it as kind of a weakness.



12. Why should we recruit you?
Well I think you should recruit me because as stated before I'm an all around good lad to play with. As mentioned I am good at following orders, I'm
good at leading which I was thought in my low ranks of the APC all the way to the top by being in the leadership programme and I have learnt alot
from that. I like meeting new people and fitting into groups and working well in situations with others. I think I should be recruited as well
because of my communications. When it comes to whispers or just normal situations in channels where there is a situation going on I remain calm with
my comms and I say what is neccessary when fit to do. I should be recruited because I'm not going to say that I stand out to others and I'm the best
but I just want to try a new side of things like NATO, I've tried everything before and I think i'd fit into the NATO team and I can work well along
side of all of them just like I did with some in the APC.


13. Do you work well with a team?
Yes I do work well with a team, I'm very good at having strategic points of views in situations and I would class myself as a leader. I've been in
the cops and over my time I have had to work with all sorts and work with different people in different scenarios and situations and people looked
up to me and followed my command and done good. If i get into NATO I could do the same and I will also take orders from others as that's what
working with a team is all about, it's about listening to each other and fitting in and making the best of situations. Also as mentioned about my
school year in the application the year that i'm in we do a lot of team-building exercises when we are on trips together and when we are doing
little projects in groups. Overall I work very well with teams and would fit in easily.



14. How do you cope in a high intensity situation?
Well I cope very good in high intense situations, when it comes to intense situations I keep calm and keep comms when it comes to them, as stated
above when I am in situations I wouldn't be the person to be screaming out locations of people etc... I'd just be the person to remain calm and
state what is happening and only speak when i have to, I don't get hyped up when it comes to situations and as said I cope well overall in them
situations.



15. How familiar are you with ArmA 3 weaponry and vehicles?
I'm very familiar with the Arma 3 weaponry and vehicles, over my time played on Arma I have gotten use to them and know how the vehicles and weapons
work. I'm also use to all the accessories that come with the weapons and I am use to the rifles, LMG's and Snipers in the weaponry.
I've worked a lot with marksman rifles as I was once the Chief of DMT but I mainly like using normal rifles like mx's and marksmen rifles now and
again in some situations.


16. Have you read and understood the NATO Handbook?
Yes I have read the handbook.

NOTE - Some of you may know me as the Commisioner but recently I have stepped down to the rank of SGT. I've done this mainly because I will need to
step down ranks to apply due to the high rank I was, I have summer coming up and want to try a different aspect of the blufor side and not really
want to go back to rebel.

I have also spoken to AlexK the temp CMD of the APC and he has given me permission to do this and apply for NATO.
