- Hello to whoever is interested in my insane ramblings after an entire week of working on a singular stage. I originally had this as my thought process of choosing my starting operators and into how I ended up with the final roster, but no one wants to read 2000 words of my yapping failure. Instead, I’ll just highlight what’s happening in the clear.
- Phase 1:
- 1st deployment: Ines slow field facing down. I need to stall the boss a certain amount and having only one tile worth is just barely enough while three would be too much.
- 2nd deployment: Ray S3 to handle the cart. Retreat when the boss starts the ion cannon animation to stall its movement.
- 3rd deployment: Virtuosa after PRTS touches the panel as it starts the mimic machine’s downed animation as it wait for PRTS to pick it up letting her safely get off necrosis.
- 4th deployment: Texas S2 to deal damage while PRTS slowly moves to pick up the mimic machine. If done properly you’ll get all 13 hits off.
- 5th deployment: Ines to bind boss while preparing another slow field in its eventual pathing.
- 6th deployment: Yato S3 as it can be somewhat RNG whether or not the first boss down happens or not.
- 7th deployment: Wisadel S3 to handle the cart, 4 decodes, 2 drones, and baits two ion cannons.
- 8th deployment: Texas behind the boss to bait the orb while dealing extra damage to minimize RNG.
- 9th deployment: Ray S3 lets her down the boss in 3 shots and the 4th shot kills the capybara.
- 10th deployment: Pozemka S2 lets her reveal the two decodes as it takes 4 hits (Auto attack + S2 3 hits)
- 11th deployment: Yato to deal damage to the Walmart frostnova.
- 12th deployment: Ines to bind frostnova and one of the revealed decodes while setting up a slow field that will stall the golem in the future.
- 13th deployment: Virtuosa procs necrosis on the two revealed decodes, the top golem, and the main boss body.
- 14th deployment: Yato kills frostnova.
- 15th deployment: Ela quick retreat to inflict fragile.
- 16th deployment: Texas S2 to kill the top golem under fragile.
- 17th deployment: Yu S2 to stall golem.
- 18th deployment: Typhon. The golem is slowed just enough by Ines field that her S3 shots all land on the boss.
- 19th deployment: Boss can’t get downed while low-alt, so Texas quick S2 downs it.
- 20th deployment: Virtuosa to proc necrosis on boss.
- 21st deployment: Ray S3 to deal damage to main body.
- 22nd deployment: Ines binds golem to let Yu S2 charge.
- 23rd deployment: Yu S2 stall.
- 24th deployment: Wisadel S3. Retreat revenant to stall boss and should get off 3 S3 hits before it’s picked up by PRTS. Ines slow field from earlier also guarantees all 6 shots landing.
- 25th deployment: Virtuosa procs necrosis.
- 26th deployment: Yato bait orb to stall.
- 27th deployment: Texas S2 for damage + stall
- 28th deployment: Ines bind to keep it within def down panel.
- 29th deployment: Yato to damage mimic machine.
- 30th deployment: Texas S2 to down boss and bait golem slam to stall.
- 31st deployment: Ray S3 to damage boss.
- 32nd deployment: Pozemka S2 to finally kill the main body.
- 33rd deployment: Yu S2 to start the stall.
- Taking a break to explain what the stall between boss dying and Phase 2 is. The truth is I had to redo this numerous times to get the panels active when needed to the point I had an excel sheet to remind me what was what.
- Basically, the rotation for the panels were
- Top: No, No, No, No, No, ASAP (During Virtuosa necrosis proc on boss), No, ASAP (During stall), No.
- Bottom: No, ASAP (Between 5th and 6th Wisadel S3 shot), ASAP (While Texas kills a golem), Wait (Right as Typhon fires the 6th shot), No, ASAP (boss in def down), No, No.
- Finally, I kill the last golem as the bottom field is active and the top field is 10/30 on the charge. This makes it so bottom field ends right as the first maintenance helper comes out and the top field comes back on late enough to bait PRTS to stall her 2nd golem placement.
- Phase 2:
- 1st deployment: Ela S3 to handle the first cart and frostnova. Without Ines field the frostnova would be close enough to start its auto attack sooner.
- 2nd deployment: Virtuosa right after the exploding drone can't be baited. She procs necrosis on the next cart and maintenance helper and baits the next two exploding drones.
- 3rd deployment: Texas to bait the two exploding drones at the blue box.
- 4th deployment: Texas forma de Original to block the golem spawn. (Any cheap blocker works here, I just like Texas.)
- 5th deployment: Pozemka S2 to kill one of the decodes.
- 6th deployment: Yato to kill the maintenance helper.
- 7th deployment: Wisadel S3 to handle two decodes, frostnova, 2 drones, one cart, and deal damage to a golem.
- 8th deployment: Texas to kill a decode.
- 9th deployment: Schwarz to block a DP caster from spawning.
- 10th deployment: Ines to bind frostnova and damage the 3 operator locking drones. Yato S3 isn't consistent without pre-damage.
- 11th deployment: Yato to kill the 3 drones.
- 12th deployment: Ulpianus to finish off the frostnova.
- 13th deployment: Texas S2 to deal damage to a golem.
- 14th deployment: Ines to stall golem.
- 15th deployment: Virtuosa to proc necrosis on all 4 golems.
- 16th deployment: Ines to stall.
- 17th deployment: Ray S3 to finish.
- The fact this stage can be 1P 6op'd is absolutely insane.
