I would like you to review your decision on throw ins in the Chelsea - Manchester United game played on the 17th of February.

In the 60th minutes there was a clash between Anthony Martial and Kurt Zouma which you orginally marked as a Chelsea throw in which correct going by all other API's. you've
since reversed your decision from a throw in to a Chelsea freekick.

I would like you to review that decision again, as there is no way Chelsea could have been granted a freekick as it was Kurt Zouma trying to tackle Martial.

Please review the situation above and come to the right conclusion which is "Throw Ins": Chelsea 21-16 Manchester United
