Twilight's Time Off 2: Second Diary Entry (AB/DL)

Dear Diary,

I have just had a wonderful day and I would like to share it with you. My good friends Rarity and Fluttershy invited me to the spa today I am frankly embarrassed by how well I've been treated today by the wonderful staff there, no wonder Rarity is always so outspoken about the place. I have to admit I don't know what I would do without my friends.

I honestly think without them in my life I would be a very cantankerous and hapless individual. Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy, every one of them means the world to me and I don't know what I would do with myself if anything bad were to happen to anyone of them. I really need to tell them all how much they mean to me more often.

Two amazing things happened today, the first is that both Princess Celestia and Princess Luna wrote a letter together for my friends and me. In the letter Celestia and Luna offered their thanks for our recent service for Equestria – That's a rare honor indeed. I invited all my friends to have Spike read it out loud to them. It was a very proud moment for us all and I am glad they all found the time from their busy lives to share the receive the honor with me and Spike.

Honestly Diary, The best thing that happened to me today was that I was able I was able exchange letters with Cadance. It's official Diary, I get two whole days to spend some very special time with Cadance. She was as ecstatic as me when she learned that we would be reunited and have two days all to ourselves. Me and Cadance do share a lot in common: We both suffer from having perfectionist tendency and that usually leads us to getting stressed out over very silly things; I have to admit cadence is much better than me at hiding her stress. And we tend to hide our concerns from others, even if that includes very close friends or family members. I just know that our time together will make a world of difference.

I just can't wait till she gets here, I still have one full day before she arrives here at Ponyville. I already anonymously ordered the Foal supplies and they will be in by tomorrow morning so perhaps I could enjoy some alone time while I anxiously wait till the hour of her arrival.
