- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Thoroughly wash five to seven good sized potatoes.
- Slice longways three or four times, depending on thickness desired and, holding together, rotate potato 90 degrees and slice another three or four times.
- Place a bowl under the tap and let cold water run on low, rinse the fries in your hand then drop them in the bowl with the running water. Once the bowl is filled and you run out of fries, dump the water, fill it up again and get everything nice and rinsed one last time.
- Dump the water and put the potatoes in a giant pot.
- Generously add:
- Cumin
- Garlic Powder
- Paprika
- Nutritional Yeast
- Take a spatula and stir stir stir!
- It might take a minute or two to get everything nice and coated, which is even easier since the fries are still nice and wet from the running water a moment ago. At the end the white insides of the potatoes should be a nice golden brown coated with seasoning!
- Lay everything spaced out evenly on a couple of baking sheets and bake at 425F for 25-27 minutes.
