Name: Too Forsythe Owen
Age (Nothing above 18 and under 14): 17
Physical Description: Lanky, very pale, fairly tall at 6'1 but slouches like mad so appears shorter. His ginger hair is cut short into a fauxhawk with very harsh, nearly buzzcut sides. Has very few-no freckles because he spends extremely little time in the sun.
Left ear is pierced.
Both arms are tattooed - columns of binary and mostly meaningless code begin at his wrist, rising up as more and more columns appear, growing dense enough to finally obscure into solid black at his shoulders and collarbone, forming one unbroken mass.

Personality: Neurotic, schizo-paranoid, mildly delusional, suffers from severe anxiety and mild depression, is easily cowed and has nebulous morals. Is a very creative and quick thinker despite all this, however, and manages to keep his fractured psyche relatively well hidden aside from the obvious parts (anxiety, social awkwardness, etc)

Brief background about childhood/life: Suffers from a multitude of mental disorders that he deliberately avoids taking medication for as he's afraid that the pills will erase his identity and make him numb enough to be controlled. Is in the program because he started refusing to go to school because he was afraid that the government was spying on him and vetting him for some malevolent purpose or another and his parents are desperately hoping that this might make him able to function in society properly. Took up coding and hacking as a hobby and has become extremely good at it over time.
