  1. HUGE changes:
  2. Type matchups:
  3. Plant type is now immune to Light type
  4. Food type now resists Light type
  5. Beast type now resists Dark type
  6. Food type is no longer super effective against Mythic type
  7. Food type no longer resists Mythic type
  8.
  9. New Held Items:
  10. Enchanted Emerald
  11. Boosts speed by 50% at the cost of only being able to use one move.
  12. Obtainable via the UNPAID Battlepass
  13.
  14. Jack in the Box
  15. When a Doodle attacks the user holding this item (and the user does not faint), SWITCHES out the attacker with a random Doodle
  16. Obtainable via the UNPAID Battlepass
  17.
  18. BUFFS
  19.
  20. These will be new scrolls added to the VP Shop.
  21. Mud Wave Scroll:70 BP,100% Accurate,Magical
  22. Distribution: Magmotode, Schemeesh,Bubbull,Umaisho,Octonut,Moyai,Taryonix
  23. Reasoning: Offering those doodles nice earth coverage/STAB.
  24.
  25. Amethyst Rush Scroll:+2 priority, 100% Accurate, 90 BP, only works on the first turn the doodle is out(like subterfuge),Physical
  26. Distribution: Flaskit line,Gourmesal,Somberock,Skadean,Rhinostone.
  27. Reasoning: Crystal really needs some more moves, this could come up handy later as it can be distributed to future crystals.
  28.
  29. Bakery Rush:80 BP, 100% Accurate, Food type, Magical (Works like Light Hook)
  30. Distribution:Jellupy,Candeigon,Somberock,Skorpiruli,Caramellow,Umaisho,Gigarlic,Meltimaw,Snowclowne.
  31. Reasoning:Magical Food-types aren't that good, this would help them be able to be more threatening offensively.
  32.
  33.
  34. Mourveil
  35. Calignious > Mushroom Maneuver
  36. No point in Calignious anymore due to the Light changes
  37. Mushroom Maneuver: uses Armillaria on switch in.
  38.
  39. Hypnotl-A
  40. Puffball > Mushroom Maneuver
  41.
  42. Malotrick-A
  43. +Dark Slash
  44. +Psychic Ram
  45. +Hydraulic Crash
  46. Reasoning:Encourage mixed sets (has a 140 attack stat sitting there)
  47.
  48. Ctholos
  49. +Siphon Soul
  50. Reasoning:Helping it become a better tanky doodle with more longevity.
  51.
  52. Ribbotl
  53. +New trait: Speedy Recovery
  54. Moves that heal gain +1 priority.
  55. +Mind Drain
  56. +Life Sap
  57. Reasoning: The main issue with Ribbotl is that it's too passive for it to be worth considering putting on a team. With this buff it'll hopefully find a niche as a stronger doodle with longer longevity.
  58.
  59. Monolugg
  60. +Icy Bite
  61. Reasoning: Reverting a previous nerf.
  62.
  63. Gomutt
  64. +Icy Slash
  65. Reasoning: Slightly helping it become a threatening wallbreaker in rain.
  66.
  67. Pompaboar
  68. +Savage Blow
  69. 75 Defense > 85 Defense
  70. 85 Magical Defense > 90 Magical Defense
  71. Reasoning: Reverting a nerf and making it a more threatening bulky attacker with harder to wall coverage.
  72.
  73. Staligant
  74. +Transcendent Power (New signature move, effect changes on gender,Crystal Type,85BP,100% accuracy)
  75. Female: Magical, hits defense stat
  76. Male: Physical, hits mdefense stat
  77. +Flashing Strike
  78. Reasoning:Good moves to make Staligant stand out more while making it a greater wallbreaker.
  79.
  80. Arthopex
  81. +Swarm
  82. Reasoning:Giving it a decent bug STAB(Until it gets Mandible Wound)
  83.
  84. Klydaskunk
  85. +Aurora Flash
  86. Reasoning: Giving it a nice light STAB it can use with Glow up(Until it gets Radiant Beam)
  87.
  88. Pandishi
  89. +Energy Wave
  90. Stop annoying me about this
  91.
  92. Tsumo
  93. +Takeout
  94. Reasoning: Its underwhelming, and it would make sense for it to have even more food moves since thats what makes it unique.
  95. It shouldn't be broken, especially since Tsumo has a very bad case of 4 moveslot syndrome.
  96.
  97. Vigimante
  98. +Unguarded strike
  99. Reasoning: No late game melee moves in its level up pool. I'd put it in between tidal slam and hydro burst.
  100.
  101. Vigimante-A
  102. Ferocity --> Crowd Support (Upgraded Ferocity, now gives +2 Attack on faint)
  103. Reasoning: Having ferocity just makes it worse then base Vigi with the avenger boost almost all of the time.
  104.
  105. Artifixie
  106. +Magical Shield
  107. -Snap Freeze, +Crystal Wall
  108. +Combo Support
  109. Reasoning:Would give it a better role on doubles and singles as a good support doodle.
  110.
  111. Jellupy
  112. +Sonata of Darkness
  113. 75 HP > 90 HP
  114. 85 Attack Attack > 90 Attack
  115. 77 Magical Attack > 82 Magical Attack
  116. Reasoning:Offering it a niche as a funny perish trapper.
  117.
  118. Skadean
  119. +Daze
  120. +Fin Slash
  121. +Icy Slash
  122. +Body Slam
  123. +Amethyst Rush
  124. Reasoning:Diversify the sets of the awakening option(also was supposed to get it at like,S1 I think, lul)
  125.
  126. Kibara
  127. +Psychoforce
  128. +Magical Shield
  129. 105 Magic Attack > 115 Magic Attack
  130. 45 Speed > 35 Speed
  131. Reasoning:Kibara is much more underwhelming compared to Kidere. With those buffs it'll hopefully find a nieche as a very bulky attacker that can support its team with Magical Shield
  132.
  133. Taryonix
  134. +Earthquake
  135. +Heat Bash
  136. +Icy Bite
  137. Reasoning:The main issue with Taryonix is that it hits too weak despite having a high attack. With those buffs it'll hopefully help it become a much more threatening check to other physical attackers.
  138.
  139. Tufflaze-A
  140. Attack 140 > 150
  141.
  142. Somberock
  143. +Feast
  144. Hard Candy
  145. +1 defense when food-type move is used--> +1 defense when food-type move is used+Immunity to fire-type moves
  146. Reasoning:Somberock is bad, this trait would help it be a nieche wall to fire-type doodles.
  147.
  148. Somberock-A
  149. Now a Food/Light type
  150. Luminosity
  151. Dark type moves become Light-type, and gain 30% power.
  152.
  153. Cryotera
  154. +Crunch
  155. +Icy Slash
  156. +Hit-n-Run
  157. Reasoning:idk why it doesn't have those moves tbh
  158.
  159. Cacmeow
  160. +Life Sap
  161. +Sharpen
  162. Reasoning:No good magical plant STAB,would also make the awakening a bit better as it would heal from the tankier doodles it cuts the healing off.
  163. Sharpen is to help its physical set be a much more-immediate threat.
  164.
  165. Arachniak
  166. +Heal
  167. Reasoning:Make the HT set actually worth considering/using.
  168.
  169. Runewt
  170. +Energy Wave
  171. 85 Attack > 50 Attack
  172. 90 Defense > 115 Defense
  173. 85 HP > 100 HP
  174. Reasoning:Make it be able to take hits better as it sets up Reverse Singularity (+Last longer as it burns and less weak to priority) while also giving it a bit more coverage.
  175.
  176. Swoptar
  177. +Venom Lacerate
  178. +Icy Slash
  179. Reasoning:Offering it better coverage and making it a more threatening wallbreaker.
  180.
  181. Reliconis(Reformed Form)
  182. 110 Speed > 115 Speed
  183. Reasoning:Make this a better late-game cleaner that is harder to naturally outspeed but slightly easier to stop with priority.
  184.
  185. Moss
  186. 58 Attack > 48 Attack
  187. 73 Magic Attack > 83 Magic Attack
  188. Reasoning:Making it a better bulky attacker.
  189.
  190. Lumiline-A
  191. 65 Attack > 55 Attack
  192. 150 Magic Defense > 140 Magic Defense
  193. 115 Magic Attack > 135 Magic Attack
  194. Reasoning:This is to make Lumiline-A a much more offensively threatening doodle that is more able to setup crystal wall and threaten stuff out.
  195.
  196. Marking Bite/Marking Shot
  197. 20/40 BP --> 80 BP
  198. Reasoning:Marking is a nice status but the moves are kinda bad
  199.
  200. Nyanto
  201. +Protect
  202. Reasoning:Letting it have somewhat reliable healing in the form of Louis Prayer+Protect
  203.
  204. Ostigon
  205. +Shale
  206. 80 Magic Atk > 60 Magic Attack
  207. 80 Speed > 100 Speed
  208. Reasoning:Giving sand another decent option for shale setup and making Ostigon a more competent attacker.
  209.
  210. Antenaflight
  211. +Dark Blast
  212. +Vine Grasp
  213. +Taser
  214. +10 Speed
  215. Reasoning:Helping Antenaflight become a better wallbreaker by giving its code moves.
  216.
  217. Nimbell
  218. +Aerial
  219. +Tsunami
  220. Reasoning:Nimbell's main issue is that it overly relies on the more unfortunate Light/Spark coverage. With this buff it'll hopefuly be able to become a much more threatening wallbreaker.
  221.
  222. Velodo
  223. +Fur Coat(As a third trait)
  224. -20 Matk
  225. +10 Speed
  226. +10 Attack
  227. Reasoning:Velodo's main problem is its stats being spread too thin. With this change hopefully it can find a role as a very powerful physical attacker.
  228.
  229. Qilintel
  230. +Psychoforce
  231.
  232. Gigarlic
  233. HP 100 > 110
  234. Attack 80 > 90
  235. Magic Attack 80 > 90
  236. Reasoning: matches BST with Meltimaw again.
  237.
  238. Banautilus
  239. Defense 115 > 130
  240. Magical Defense 115 > 130
  241. Banana Peel now makes Doodles miss 10% more often.
  242.
  243. Freeze
  244. No longer removed by fire-type moves
  245. Reasoning:Fire moves getting rid of freeze was added when the status was overwhelming. Now with the rework it's incredibly easy to remove freeze. This change is meant to make freeze a more-lasting status.
  246.
  247.
  248. REWORKS
  249. Junipyro
  250. -Guilt, +Refresh
  251.
  252. Radiant Beam
  253. It is now a 100 accurate 90 base power move with a 20% chance to lower accuracy.
  254.
  255. Dimwitted
  256. 25% Damage Boost > 50% Damage Boost
  257. The user can no longer use held items as well.
  258.
  259. Artifixie-Mech
  260. HP 85 > 100
  261. Attack 115 > 110
  262. Defense 105 > 110
  263. Magic Attack 120 > 110
  264. Magic Defense 100 > 110
  265. Speed 75 > 60
  266.
  267. Magnificent Tophat
  268. +12 Speed,-20 Attack,-20 Defense --> +5 speed,+10 magical attack
  269. Reasoning:Useless equip, would offer magical attackers their own "Decorated Hairclip" alternative
  270.
  271. Geode Pendant
  272. +4 everything except speed,-14 speed ---> +7 HP,+7 Attack,+7 Defense
  273. Reasoning:Outshined by Stone Necklace, would offer physical attackers a physical a "Rock Candy" alternative
  274.
  275. Whatchamacallit
  276. +10 Speed,-10 Defense,-10 Mdefense -->+12 Attack
  277. Reasoning:Outshined by Sandstone Necklace/Dusty Bandana, would offer physical attackers a "Dark Brooch" alternative
  278.
  279. Toxic Vial
  280. +10 attack,+10 Defense -->+10 attack,+15 Defense
  281. Reasoning:Outclassed by other equips like Swag Juice(and the new reworked ones),this is to make it equal to them.
  282.
  283.
  284. Vulnerable
  285. -1 Defense/Mdefense,removeable via switching-->-1 Defense/Mdefense every turn, removeable via healing (with Feast, Shock Therapy, Storm Heal, Louis Prayer, Heal)
  286.
  287.
  288. NERFS
  289. Roadterra
  290. Confidence has been reworked entirely.
  291. It now reads:
  292. Boosts moves used consectively by 10%. Its effect is reset if the user switches out or uses another move.
  293. So if you use Earth Surge 3 times in a row, the next Earth Surge will be 30% stronger.
  294. Reasoning: Confidence was bad design (you shouldn't have to remember Doodle's exact BST to battle it LOL) and it was a nightmare to balance.
  295.
  296. Grimantle
  297. -Hit-n-Run
  298. Reasoning: Has the highest winrate in history
  299.
  300. Conductor
  301. No longer boosts magical attack
  302. Reasoning: discouraged Pylons use
  303.
  304. Fluppy
  305. Superluminal now only works at 100% health
  306.
  307. Mantiscald
  308. 115 Attack > 105 Attack
  309.
  310. Partybug
  311. Marshmallow Fedora no longer has a changed effect when used on Partybug
  312. This was an inside joke, but since Partybug-A is now meta the joke has ran its course.
  313.
  314. Partybug-A
  315. The user's Archmage will go away when Partybug-A faints
  316.
  317.
