"ONLY WAY, MOVE THE ELECTION FORWARD"

The undersigned believe that Futbol Club Barcelona has been in free fall for a long time. Its clearly unsatisfactory sporting and economic results have seriously compromised the present and future of the entity. All this has culminated in the most shameful defeat we have suffered in Europe. For all these reasons we want to stand out:

First of all. - The current Board of Directors has lost the confidence of the vast majority of his associates.

Second. - The current Board of Directors has not been able to generate a sports model, which will become a great devaluation of our sports assets, including all sections.

Third. - The current Board of Directors has increased the debt of the entity in the medium and long term, it has also generated a macro structure that is no longer sustainable, putting the Club in a situation of imminent insolvency, which forces it to go into accounting operations to save the results (18-19), or to avoid even more losses
millionaires (19-20).

Fourth. - The current Board of Directors can sign a financing and sponsorship of the so-called Espai Barça, which not only requires previous consultation of all the associates, but also does not fulfil any opportunity criteria. In this regard, it is clear that with the impact of Covid-19, it is not the time to sign medium-long term sponsorships. It is also public that the Club's current sponsors want to reduce the sponsorship they invest in the
entity.

Fifth. - The crisis derived from the case known as "Barçagate", has seriously affected the entity on a social level. In this respect, although it is true that the active and direct involvement of the members of the Board of Directors has not been accredited, it is difficult to understand how no action has been taken against the right-hand man of the President, Mr. Masferrer, a Club worker who, according to the conclusions of the PwC report made public, managed 3 accounts that criticized the social networks of members, sportsmen and former athletes of the entity. It is not understood that Barça wants to continue working with the supplier IVentures 3 and has not demanded it, there is a report that acknowledges that the supplier has also managed the aforementioned accounts. It is also not explained that it was the President of the institution who personally chose a supplier, without asking for any other budget.
It is for all the above mentioned reasons that, only for an exercise of responsibility and dignity of the current board of directors of the Club, there is no other remedy than to cease immediately, activating as soon as possible the announcement of elections, which is the natural solution when an entity is in a serious social, economic and sports crisis. Not doing so would show that the President and the current executives and managers have personal interests that may be superior to those of Barça. Likewise, it is necessary to look for a legal formula that allows the new incoming Board of Directors not to be responsible for the management that goes from July 1, 2020 until the beginning of its mandate.

For all these reasons, we ask publicly and propose the following steps: (i) the immediate dismissal of the current Board members; (ii) the appointment of the Administration Committee, in accordance with the statutes; (iii) the announcement of elections by the Board of Directors; (iv) until the conclusion of the elections, the decision making by the Administration Committee with the hearing of all pre-candidates and pre-candidates for the Presidency; (v) Holding of elections; (vi) Appointment of the incoming Board of Directors; (vii) and the commissioning by the new Board of Directors of an audit to ascertain the exact status of the Club up to the time of the removal of the members of the outgoing Board of Directors.
