勝負服 is both racing wear (like horse racing or bike racing), but it's also both a woman's best clothes (for an important meeting, for example), and colloquialism for wearing something to win at dating. You could think of it as like victory, scoring, or power wear in a sense.

While 戦闘服 is "combat wear", fatigues, or BDU. In context of Meiyui, it's 99% likely a martial arts uniform.

If the entire joke isn't clear: Kako had romance novels on the brain when she came to pick up Meiyui's martial arts outfit, but asked whoever she met for a dating outfit instead, possibly confusing the hell out of whoever she got the gift from.
