Conflict of interest with fake lawyer trying to kill me and has harmed me

So now I’m only focussed on my freedom instead of taking people to court for money. I’m using the civil claim as a placeholder for the appeals since my own lawyer for forcefully acting as my lawyer, so I wouldn’t follow through with filing a claim against his company is now having conflict of interest due to the fact I’ve went to prison with a codefendant, who is also an owner so legally speaking of the appeal, which is the only case I am pursuing at this time, has conflict of issues with the representation who has been placed illegally in association with my name causing problems personally
