instructions to get cam studio to work

1. Select "Sound" from the control panel.
2. Select the recording tab.
3. Right click on the background of the tab and choose "show disabled devices".
4. Right click on Stereo Mix and click enable.

6. Now it should work, allowing you to record any sound your computer makes.
7. Start Cam Studio
8. Go to Options\ Audio Options for mic
9. Choose at audiocapture Device "Stereomix"
10. Go to Options and enable "Record audio from mic"

compressor - try microsoft mpeg v4

options -> program options -> directory for recording -> user specified
pick a place to store temporary files to delete later

options -> program options -> hide flashing rectangle
