Hey! It's easier than you think!
1. Search for a photo for background (mine is: http://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steamcommunity/public/images/items/364910/070a304cdc9266c89fa68d578357c3523cb0b727.jpg)
2. Crop it to size (I use 480x160)
3. Go to: https://giphy.com/create/gifmaker
4. Click on the "CHOOSE PHOTO OR GIF" button and upload the copped image
5. Type in your text
6. Select "GLITCH" at the Animation panel
7. Click "Continue To Upload" & "Upload to GIPHY"
8. After your GIF is uploaded go type "/html5" at the end of the url
9. Right click, save as image
10. Go to ezgif.com and select GIF to video
11. Upload and select "Optimize for static background"
12. Convert and download
13. Repeat for more text
14. Add the videos in your editing program (I use AE CS6)
15. Render as H.264 (a.k.a. mp4)
16. Go to ezgif.com, select video to gif and upload
17. Select: Size: Original (800x), Frame Rate: 25, and optimize for static backgrounds
18. Convert and download
19. Wow! You are done! Nice.
