Hey guys!

So, you all saw that I'm now in charge of all you scrubs. Mwahaha! *cough* I mean, I'm good, I'm good, I swear <3
I basically just had a couple things I wanted to set straight. I also want to say now that I know some of you have been Helper longer than me, and I don't want this to affect any friendships, I'm just thinking for the server. I also don't want you guys to think of any of this as abuse of power etc, I'm just looking to now make some changes.

Firstly, I've /seen you all, and also just from being on the server, I've seen who's active/who isn't. I've been told, and I agree, that we really need people who are going to be really active on the server. If you have personal things holding you back, fine. But if you have something like a job or something else you have to dedicate your time to, and it's stopping you from getting time to be on the server, then that's not going to cut it.
Basically, the people who aren't too active, I'm going to give you a chance. I'm gonna give you guys a week to boost activity. I'll then see who's coming on and who isn't, and for the times I'm not on, I'll ask others if you have been seen. There's a couple of you who I'm not going to be too lenient on, and a couple of you are completely safe in terms of being fired.
So yeah, one week to sort of get your arses in gear, and if not, then you're out. I'll also be looking at who's writing reviews in the list - I'm not going to review for the next week, and I've also told people who I'm not too concerned about to not write reviews either, or at least not clear the lists and to leave some for the less active people.

Secondly, I've read a couple of you guys' reviews, and I think we need to get a bit more structured with them.
I want to start writing reviews that focus on all three of the following: Terrain, structure and organics. I've read a couple of your reviews, and I know it's less time consuming, but a couple of you write like 2 lines per book. I think it'd be nicer to detail the reviews a lot better than this. I average 5 or 6 pages per review, because I like to explain and give ideas of things to add.
Instead of a review saying: The terrain is too flat and plain.
Write something along the lines of:  You could lift some areas of the terrain to create more layers. I'd also suggest mixing a couple other block types in with the grass; stained clay, gravel, dirt etc. This adds to the detail, and also buries the bare areas.

(It's hard to example without an example, but I flew around and ofc couldn't find a single flat plot to use -_-, but even still. This gives you an idea of the detail we should go into, just because it gives the plot owner more of an idea of what they can actually do to move forward.)
This applies with all three aspects of the review.

So I'll be watching closely this next coming week. I hope you all start coming on a little more frequently, and if you know you wont be able to, message me to discuss it.
