4 nations results in 2016 EU referendum

63% of Scottish people voted remain
I'm now going to re post something I've been posting since the referendum result & something that's seems to be ignored! The will of Scottish people...
& the will of the Northern Ireland people too....

THE EU REFERENDUM

This is the number of people who live within the UK these figures were taken from the internet......
Obviously not all people in it each region voted but this shows the imbalance between the sizes of each population.

THE VOTE COUNT

53.01 million England Remain 45.8% - Leave 54.2%
5.295 million

Scotland Remain 62% - Leave 38%
3.063 million

Wales Remain 47.5% - Leave 52.5%
1.811 million

Northern Ireland Remain 55.8% Leave 44.2%

HOWEVER IF YOU

Add all 4 percentages together & divide by 4
YOU GET a very different result.

Surely this is gives a more balanced point of view as to how the 4 nations voted!!!!!

It is obvious from these figures that the English had a bigger voice over all our futures, however if you take the percentage vote of the voting public the minority nations would have had a voice too.

As a result the Scottish & the Northern Irish voters might as well NOT have bothered voting in the EU referendum as their higher percentage to remain vote made absolutely no difference.  They were completely out numbered by the English voters. Shame on this Conservative British Government & now Parliament for ignoring these nations and running rough shod over them.
& What about Gibraltar 96% to remain vote!!!! Don't they count too!!

The result was advisory & since then we have witnessed how fundamentally flawed it was. With no real strategy on how it would work. The leavers lied to the public & has stirred up a racial element which we continue to witness. This is no way to win a result. Many leavers have since regretted their vote.

We are better remaining where we can work from within rather than knocking on a door and expecting to be heard.
Please protect our United Kingdom, our future generations from going down this disastrous path! We have opened Pandora's box which has already had an impact on the wider world.

Scotland Remain 62%    Leave 38%
Wales    Remain 47.5%  Leave 52.5%
NI.      Remain 55.8%  Leave 44.2%

Result is: 53% Remain 47% Leave
