  1. [01:23] Bang. Bang. Bang.
  2.
  3. Time and time again did all three of the rifles erupt into an explosion of mana. Two illusory bolts swiftly followed by a real bolt of cosmic static, of white noise that crashed into their opponent in places it should not have been. A bolt aimed for the chest- Strikes the legs. Aimed for the neck- Crashes against an arm.
  4.
  5. It's a losing battle, that much is for certain. Waves of earth crash forwards, causing one of their clones to disappear in a blast of static. Again, it only causes more and more shots to ring forth from their rifle. The manacore hisses and whines at every shot, recharging itself from the mana around the area desperately.
  6.
  7. Bang. Clang.
  8.
  9. Bang. Clang.
  10.
  11. Another clone is ripped away, buried alive underneath a never ending swarm of dust and mud. It's only by pure miracle that the last Kantyi is the real one, and it's only be the grace of any myriad of Gods thatthey're even still with the ability to fight. They get close-
  12.
  13. A bullet rings out, just in time for the Nagual to be swallowed by the dust and debris of the sheer mayhem the Golden One had created. Within the dust and mayhem, there's a massive wave of cosmic mana- Bright gold that slowly slips back into static. It intermingles with the dust, with the crashing waves of earth, and causes an even larger, thicker shroud that causes the wind to slow in its clearing.
  14.
  15. It's only after the dust finally clears that a few things become obvious- The first, and most obvious, is that Kantyi isn't there. Footsteps appear to be leading eastwards, trailed into the dirt and sand, though they vanish after a couple of steps. The next obvious thing, is that in place of the Nagual is a callsign of sorts-
  16.
  17. At the top, scratched into the dirt in ugly handwriting, clearly detailed extremely quickly is the singular name of 'Kantyi'.
  18.
  19. The second, leftbehind in static-like cosmic mana, glowing within the dirt is the sign that everyone who knew Kantyi would recognize. A singular expression, a Cat's visage- Two slits, barely more than lines in the sand for eyes, and a '3' for the mouth.
  20.
  21. Perhaps it was providence or luck, or perhaps the Nagual was more than just talk?
  22.
  23. Well. It was probably all entirely luck.
  24. (Kantyi)
