  47. REGULATIONS & AGREEMENTS
  48. --------------------------------------------------------
  49. =REFEREE POWER AGREEMENT=
  50. Referees have the final say when conducting a competitive match. Arguing with the referee will not be tolerated. Failure to follow this rule can result in your team losing a point after you've been warned twice (collectively or individually). However, if a team would collectively like to object to a ruling given by the referee, they will have 2 opportunities to do so. Interrupting the game a 3rd time to object to a ruling, will not be allowed. Referees shall remain impartial and unbiased during the officiating of all matches. It is the team leader's responsibility to keep their team members behavior under control in competitive matches.

  69. 3 Machine Guns MAX
  70.
  71.
  72.
  73. =MAP REGULATIONS=
  74. Before each game, each team will be able to ban ONE map from play. Once each team leader has chosen a map, the referee will approve of it and the following map(s) will be removed from the whole match. Ideally, this means two maps in total are banned from play, but you are not required to choose a map to ban. By adding this map ban system, we intend for there to be more strategy to the game.
  75.
  76.
  77.
  78. =DISCONNECTIONS=
  79. If you timeout/disconnect in a competitive game during the end, immediately take a screenshot of your entire screen. This should include the system date and time in the top of bottom corner of your screen. You are required to send proof of the crash to the referee. The picture must displace the current date and time and a disconnect message. If the two are not present, or if they are inaccurate, that player can be blacklisted for leaving a frozen lobby and cause their team to lose. However, if in the middle of a match and a player disconnects and proof is shown. A redo of the same map will be put into place.
  80. If your wifi causes the disconnection, send proof of your wifi being out. This can include the box (hand must be present), or the wifi bars on your computer (both must include date and time).
  81. You have limited time to send evidence. (5 minutes)
  82.
  83.
  84.
  85. =SCREENSHARES=
  86. Teams must be willing and able to screenshare when selected during the end of a match.
  87. In order to catch players cheating in-game, League Referees and Managers may screenshare players to find clients and other cheats. By participating in PBCL, you consent to be screenshared by a Manager or Referee. Only Managers, Referees, and staff members with the ‘Screensharer’ role, may screenshare you. Requesting screenshares as a ‘joke’ will not be tolerated, further consequences may occur. Your only allowed to screenshare the members that have played.
  88.
  89.
  90.
  91. =BEING SCREENSHARED=
  92. A player will be screenshared when a Referee or Manager has frozen them during a scrimmage. This means you cannot log-out of the current server and may not edit any files. Once you have been frozen, you will be given 3 minutes to contact the Official PBCL Referee and wait to begin the screenshare. If you fail to make the 3 minute mark your team will lose 5-0, and the member being screenshared will be blacklisted. You are expected to know how to have anydesk on prior to being asked to screen share as apart of an agreement upon joining the PBCL. Game recording is not a valid reason to avoid a screenshare. However, it may be used in appeals. A screenshare can last anywhere from three to twenty minutes. If the Referee has not found any evidence in 20 minutes, then the player is free to go. However, if at any time a player is stalling during the screen share, the referee can request extra time from a PBCL administrator. We require all players to be in the PBCL discord for a competitive match. You can be frozen at anytime during a scrimmage and must not log-out at all before being screenshared.
  93. If you are caught cheating or using a client in a screenshare, you will be blacklisted. Being blacklisted means you can no longer play in competitive matches in the PBCL, but you can still play in casual scrimmages.
  94. Evidence may be presented to the offending player, but is not required to be shown in all scenarios. Whether or not the evidence is shown will be left at the discretion of the staff team.
  95. If you have problems with someone screen sharing, notify one of our admins and we will take action if necessary.
