  3. Let's say there are 2 modules: 2133MHz @ CL13 and 3200MHz @ CL16.

  5. 2133 / 13 = 164.08 (roughly)
  6. 3200 / 16 = 200
  7.  
  8. As the second module scores higher, it's a better choice.
