- Description: Baham and Sumner went to Ashley’s apartment under the pretext of Sumner buying pain pills from her as usual. Instead, soon after they entered her apartment, Baham punched Ashley in the face, then tackled her to the ground. Baham then stabbed her 13 times, before the pair moved on to robbing her house, setting it on fire afterwards to cover up the crime, escaping in Sumner’s then girlfriend’s (Lusich) car.
