  1. Well she's been called for awhile is "Solemn" and her nickname by some people is "Baby doll" I haven't gotten a real name for her just yet. She's a human girl of about 19 or younger who was killed by Jack the Ripper, not because she was a chosen vitcim. Only because she saw him murder a woman when she was 8, having tried to run away, Jack the Ripper caught her and killed her. Though she doesn't remember much of this. She does remember is being brought back to life though, by an old clock maker who found her body on the side of the road in London, during the time Jack the Ripper was alive. The old man who's wife couldn't bear children because of some reason, really wished for a child but they were too "old" to adopt as people told them when they tried too. So, seeing as the old clock maker found Solemn before the england police did. He took her home and kept her in his basement, slowly putting her back to gether with clocks, and old pieces of gears along with other things he could get his hands on. After about two months, he'd been keeping her down there working on her and keeping their basement very cold, which was shared with the butcher next door. The butcher, never knew of Solemn since they had a "seperating blanket" so he never looked over the seperated. He finally got her heart to beat, but for some reason. He hadn't an idea why, but when she woke up three weeks into living in their basement and attic. She'd told him she had "white pillow feathers" sticking to her back. When he tried to pull them off or wash them off for her, they found out it was tiny wings that grew every time she did. The old man's wife, said because she'd gotten a second chance at life, and she had been in heaven before being brought back. Those wings must have been a sign that she'd been a little angel. Years pasted by, and she grew and the clock maker would help her grow with replacing small gears with bigger ones until he was sure her body would stop "ripping" at areas, because her body was growing fast, and they didn't know they needed to 'add things' until they saw a rip or 'wound' on her body. Once she hit a certain age, they didn't have to change gears or add anymore to her. The only thing he couldn't seem to save when bringing her back though, was her right eye. It is now replaced with a glass eye and covered by the eyepatch her adopted "mother" found and gave her so she wouldn't feel so strange when people saw her. And they passed it off as a "horrible childhood accident", they also hid her wings under a large coat whenever she went out or they had guests once she'd grown older and they were too big to hide in her clothing. After awhile they found out she didn't age past the age of 19, or at least it didn't seem like that because children who had been the same age, would grow older and look more mature, but she stayed the same. The old man said it was probably because she wasn't fully human anymore. Once the old man and his wife died, they left their clock making shop and all their saved money to Solemn, or "baby doll" as the old woman called her. But, because Solemn didn't "exist in the London records. The building was torn down, by the government and she only had enough time to save her "father's" old pocket watch and the long staff her "mother" said was found when they were out in the country. And, now she's off running around. The end.~ ;o
