Officer Evaluations

*After each Commander has totally finished the evaluation, he/she will be scored out of 24 points. 20 coming from sailing and 4 from activity. After each Captain has totally finished the evaluation, he/she will be scored out of 44 points. 20 coming from sailing, 20 from commanding practice raids and 4 coming from activity.

Sailing

*All evaluations are being done while the Commander or Captain is sailing a Sloop of War with 3 crew members of Boatswain or below. Evaluation ends after the Sloop of War has sunk or sinks two enemy pirates. It will be scored out of 20 points.*
Activity

*All evaluations are being based off the activity of TGNB’s Commanders and Captain. Different levels: Inactive, Partially Inactive, Partially Active, Active.* Being Inactive is 1 point, Partially Inactive is 2 points, Partially Active is 3 points, Active is 4 points.*

Commanding Practice Raids

*All evaluations of this sector are done upon Post-Captain. The First Lord will watch as the Captain leads his men in a practice raid that consits of TGNB men vs. TGNB men. It will be a land practice raid. The evaluation will be scored out of 20 points and based off of leadership, fighting skills, and result of raid.*
