KOS Notice, Curatores Veritatis Alliance

It is with great dismay that we, the undersigned, hereby give notice that Curatores Veritatis Alliance
has been found guilty of the following crimes:

• Desecrating the holy lands of the Providence Marches by harboring and abetting known pirates
and terrorists, including but not limited to the Snuffed Out and Infinity Avenger alliances;

• Committing acts of aggression against Providence holder alliance Two Maidens One Chalice,
resulting in the loss of multiple capital-class vessels and their crews;

• Encouraging acts of aggression by placing ISK bounties upon the executor of Providence holder
alliance Apocalypse Now.;

• Making gratuitous threats of violence against Providence holder alliances Apocalypse Now.,
Sorry In Advance, Total Eclipse., and Two Maidens One Chalice (formally the Red Alert coalition);

• Acting in violation of the Not Red, Don’t Shoot rules of engagement within Amarr Empire
space in the Lantorn system;

• Failure to observe the mutual defense pacts of the Providence Marches when fellow holder
alliances’ assets were compromised by the aforementioned pirates and terrorists;

• Revoking facility access to Providence holder alliance Total Eclipse.

• High treason against Her Most Sublime and Imperial Majesty Catiz I, by virtue of the aforementioned crimes.

These actions leave us no choice but to render a KOS (Kill On Sight) notice against Curatores Veritatis
Alliance. Effective tomorrow (YC122-08-09, 11:00 New Eden Standard Time), CVA will be designated
a hostile pirate entity by the Red Alert coalition, and CVA pilots can expect to be fired upon without
warning by all loyalists to the Amarr Empire and the Caldari State.

Furthermore, in light of these grave offenses against the dignity and laws of the Amarr Empire as
enacted by the Privy Council of Her Imperial Majesty Catiz I, we regard the titles and styles bestowed
upon the Curatores Veritatis Alliance and their leader as set forth by Imperial edict on YC120-09-27
to be illegitimately held. We regard the status, of “Paladin Wardens of the Providence Marches,” the
style of “Paladin Warden of Providence” awarded to the capsuleers of the Curatores Veritatis, and the
rank of “Imperial Margrave of the Providence Marches” awarded to the executor Equinox Dædalus
of the Curatores Veritatis, to be defiled by the aforementioned actions, and shall continue to use
them only in recognition of the edicts of Her Imperial Majesty Catiz I and the wisdom of the privy
council. We have submitted a petition to Her Imperial Majesty Catiz I to revoke all titles, styles,
privileges, holdings, and honors accorded to the capsuleers of the Curatores Veritatis. Thereafter
shall the capsuleers of the Curatores Veritatis be branded with the epithet of Traitor, their executor
with that of Heretical Traitor.

As loyal subjects of the Empire and allies of the Amarr, citizens in good standing of the Caldari State,
the Minmatar Republic, and the Gallente Federation operating under the auspices of Her Imperial
Majesty in the Providence region for the benefit of all New Eden, we dedicate ourselves to the dignity
of the throne, the peaceful administration of a just law, and the opposition to all who would debase
the laws and customs of civilized humankind.
