≫ PERSONALITY: Jaerin is a very kind person. Jaerin is just like a mom she is always watching people to make sure they're safe. She doesn't like being people's main priority and always puts others before her. She hates seeing others not feeling well, sad, or hurt so she always helps them out as soon as she can. Even though she is the "mom" she still is very childish. She loves to go on adventures, play pranks, and go out do something and act like a kid again. Growing up Jaerin lived in a pretty decent family. Her parents owned their own restaurant that was doing pretty well. Jaerin and her brother would often go to the restaurant after school and help out. Her brother would always be out serving the customers while Jaerin was in the back learning how to cook. Jaerin's brother was always more into dancing while Jaerin was more into to track. So Jaerin signed up for her school's track team and joined the team. One day Jaerin went with her brother to his dance practices and saw him dancing. She loved the way it looked and decided she wanted to start dancing as well. So she quit track started to dance. Eventually Jaerin and her brother became a dance duo popular in their dance studio. One day she was at home and was watching tv and saw idols preforming. She saw Girls Generation preforming and was inspired to be an idol. When she got into YG she was shocked and happy that she gets to become and idol, even though she didn't mean to get into YG. Jaerin was very nervous on her first day of training because she didn't know anyone and everyone looked fierce, but then she met some people and started to make friends.

A few days later she was told that she passed the audition which made her shocked because she only auditioned because she felt petty.
