How much time have you been a member of our server? I've been part of HydraFactions since PrimeDeathMC which was soon sold to another person. I would say around 3 or 4 months.

How long have you been a part of this community?: I've been part of the community for the same amount of time as I have on the server.

Which timezone are you in?: CST (Central Standard Time)

How will you improve the server?: I can improve the server by getting rid of the hackers or people that enjoy advertising their servers onto PrimeDeath. I can help setup the ranks as I have before I resigned. I can also help with the Armor Stands and the holograms that hover over them. I want to help people out with the rules if they needed help. I am able to respond fast to people if they need my help because I think that I can type really fast or if a staff is afk and a player needs help I can quickly respond to that player. If there is someone spamming the server I can quickly mute or ban them so players are upset. If there is a hacker that is in the warzone, I can ban him before the player dies.

Do you know how to use WorldEdit (Builder only)?: I know how to use WorldEdit but I am not applying for Builder.

Do you know how to configurate plugins?: Nope because I am not applying for Developer so I will have no knowledge about this.

Which position are you applying for? (Helper or Builder): Preferably Moderator or Sr. Moderator because of all the experience that I have with the server and the staff members / players. And I do have lots of experience on this server since I was an Admin on here and setup lots of the ranks.

Why do you want this position? I would like this position so that I can help people out whether they have a question or if there is a hacker. And if there is a bug, I can be there to find it and tell all of the higher staff about it so it can be fixed right away. I can also help in chat, whether if it's someone asking how to do a command or if they just asked what the Discord was. I am always available in chat if there is any questions or a player report. I will always make sure to resond to their report. I will also make sure to always help people if in need so that they don't get upset with the server and just give up right away.

Will you respect all rules?: Yes, I will make sure to follow every rule there is and won't abuse my power just to have an advantage against all of the other players.

When did you join minecraft? (Ex: Version/year): Not really sure when I join Minecraft but I know that I joined it a really long time ago.

Want to add anything else?: I would like to add all of my previous staff experiences and my 3 skills and 3 weaknesses.
I have a bunch of staff experiences. I was staff on a bunch of servers,
some of them small and some of them big. The small servers I just resigned on it and the big servers I had to resign because I was being ddosed daily or they were going to release my dox.
I would also get bored on almost all of the small servers because there was no point of being staff on that server if there is not going to be anyone on that I can help. Also on some serves the staff can be corrupt and they can just argue daily so that's also one reason why I resigned from some servers.
The following below is some of the servers that I was staff on :)

Decrescent Factions - Co-Owner - Around 30 players daily. As Co-Owner I learned the skillful rule as how to help out by doing the plugins and commands.

Android Factions - Head Admin - Around 20 players daily. As Admin+ or Head Admin I learned the rule on how to be respectful to the players and teach them how to play factions.

RoyaltyPvP (HCF) - Helper - Around 50 players daily. As a Helper on HCF I learned how to screenshare pretty good and also learned the rules of HCF which could be useful on PrimeDeathMC.

RoyaltyPvP (KitPvP) - Helper - Around 40 players daily. As a Helper on KitPvP I have learned how to count out how many blocks a person is getting hit from and how many blocks they're hitting from. I also learned how to screenshare even better and I have also taught some other people how to screenshare as part of my training to be a better staff member. I slowly fell down the staff line because I became inactive mainly from homework, but I applied again and got Helper for the second time.

FactionsLab - Mod+ - Around 150-200 players daily - As a Mod+ on Factionslab I have the knowlege of how to act like a responsible staff member.

SynexMC - Trainee - 30-40+ players daily - As I was staff on SynexMC, I have learn the skills on how to tell if someone is hacking. But I have also learned some of these skills on other servers. I resigned on this server because they didn't know how to setup the permissions and it was just difficult to help players out if they needed anything. Although I have also learned how to become a chat-mod, which is basically what I was because as I have said, the permissions were broken.

HCNations - Trial Mod - 70+ players daily and 300+ on SOTW for 5man and 8man - On this server it was mainly a HCF style server but I have learned lots of it, such as the punishments. I have been punished on the server once for banned someone that was spamming ./msg. The owner had a talk with me and told me what and what not to do. On that server I have also learned to stay away from popular Youtubers such as Fancy, FastlyCrafted and some other ones. They were playing on that server and the staff team and I had to stay away from then so that we don't get removed from the staff team.

And now for my 3 Strengths and 3 Weaknesses.
Strengths:
Active - I can be active on the server because if someone needs help I can always help them. If there's a hacker and no one is on there needs to be a staff on to ban it so that's why I would be on to ban any hacker that is making people mad. I feel like the staff should be active because if there's a problem someone should be on to report it to the higher staff or fix it themselves. They would get mad if they had to wait for a few days just for a problem to be solved.

Dedication - I feel like Dedication represents me because I will always make sure that someone is happy no matter what I have to do. I feel like that when there's a problem, I will try and try to solve it. Even if I fail when I try to solve a problem, I will keep trying to make sure that the problem is solved. I feel like dedication is important to run a server or just be staff on a server because I feel that people give up really easily and I think that just makes people mad when they need support and something goes wrong then you just give up.

Respect - I think that I'm respectful because I am a generally nice guy. I knew for sure that a few months ago I wasn't that nice, but since then I have become a better guy because I actually used my brain. I feel like when staff is respectful the players will respect them more. And when staff is respectful during a screen share I think that players are going to be nice and it will be going by fairly fast.


Weaknesses:
Distracted - Sometimes while I am on servers I often get distracted by other things going on in my house. I can also get distracted when I am building the base and I might not be able to read the chat or other things that people are saying in chat. Sometimes I can get into some music and just forget everything else. I'm not sure why, it just happens. Like everytime I listen to music I sometimes get into it so much that I just forget everything around me and just day dream about the music that I am listening to.

Typing - I am not the fastest typer in the world. I only get like 50-60 WPM which isn't that fast. Some other people get 70-100. I am practicing to get better at typing better so I can respond faster to people that will need help.

Maturity - At times I am not that mature, but really who is always mature. I know that I've said that I am really mature but sometimes I can get a little off topic and I can be not that mature. But most of the time I am really mature.
