BACKGROUND //
↳ jung minhyo and her family were originally from jeju, but since her father had to began working in jeongsu,they all moved when she was 10. ever since she was a child. her father was held a high position in a well-known company. and because of that, she was always advised by her parents to be the best and to be number one. they always reminded her of the reputation her family holds and to be the best in anyone's eyes. as soon as they moved to jeongsu, she became known for her looks.

she began as a simple nobody in her new school, until she opened her instagram account to become more confident about herself. there she began being popular for only her looks, much to her dismay. she also wanted to be known for being intelligient. but she knew everyone only thought of her as a girl with "perfect" visuals. because when she became famous, people tried ruining her reputation by being "fake friendly" to her, which she returned the same treatment, only facing them with fake yet bright and genuine looking smiles. since then, she's only trusted her friends in SUMMER 127.

she was pressured by many people, her parents, school mates, the teachers and even her followers on ig. she's pressured and scared of failing and disappointing others or to just look bad in other people's eyes. she was scared that her parents could scold her for her grades or just simply for having a bad repuatation. to cover up what she has always felt, she has always shown a smile, but deep inside, all of what she feels which are negative, are hidden deep down within her.

PERSONALITY //
↳ MINHYO DOESN'T TRUST JUST ANYBODY: to get minhyo's trust, it will take a long time for one to do so. minhyo is very careful with her image, because of this, she has gained trust issues towards everyone except her closest friends who she knows are worth enough of her trust.

KIND-HEARTED: minhyo as a friend is extremely sweet, since she only acts like that towards them. her trait of being kind-hearted is shown through her smiles. as much as she's very conscious of her image, she is actually genuinely nice to everyone except people who only want to befriend her for her popularity.

CALM AND COLLECTED: minhyo is a very chill girl in general, she does have panic attacks but are very rare and only about her image or reputation. she's not someone who can express her emotions very well. minhyo doesn't have alot if fears but her fears are a heavy weight on her. minhyo can also get herself together very quickly.

HIS PERSONALITY //
↳ kenta is japanese and has moved to korea just a year ago. he wanted to become a k-idol and is currently auditioning for entertainment agencies. he's the loud one in the group but also the most confused. he's very carefree and cheerful. kenta is the "prankster" and "idiot" of his team. his role is one of the attackers and his favored weapon are waterguns.

RELATIONSHIP PROGRESSION //
↳ BEGINNING: he wanted to prank minhyo, so once he set-up water balloons inside her locker. as expected, she got fully drenched as the water balloons fell out of the locker and straight to her face. she caught him recording the whole thing and it angered her, he taunted her that her "miss perfect" reputation will be ruined. she then kicked him in 'that' part of his, which the teacher caught. for the first time, minhyo had suffered detention with him, causing a new hatred for each other. it became his daily thing to piss you off and annoy her. they began bickering everytime they met and had begun a mini prankwar with him.

MIDDLE: during the summer war, they were each other's main targets, always finding ways to attack each other even if they had two different specialties. he never fell for her acting when she became a distraction, but no one usually believed him. they knew each other and their weaknesses, they both used it against each other. once he locked her up in a dark room, alone. since it was one of minhyo's greatest fears she began crying which caught his attention. he thought it was a trick but as he listened to what she was saying about her many fears and the pressures of trying to be the "miss perfect" everyone wanted her to be, he opened the door and listened to her. he had her safe in his arms as he comforted her. after that incident they began awkward with each other, but still were able to talk to each other about themselves more than they've told anyone.

END: as the end of the summer wars was coming, in the last weeks, he became her secret admirer, sending her gifts and making her smile. until he got the courage to confess what he felt, surprising minhyo. thinking she'd reject him, he left her without her answer. thinking that the both of them were being idiots, their teams forced them to meet-up again, in a place set-up by their friends themselves. which ends up in the both of them actually dating.
