[10:31 PM] Mazori: apparently, despite never having been told that specifically, nikey wanted us to block eachother out of wanting nothing to do with me.
[10:31 PM] Mengmoshu: But I also try not to talk about "disciplinary action" or whatever in public channels. It's bad for the moderators' ability to keep bad eggs in line.

[10:34 PM] Mengmoshu: I don't think the moderators here were really expecting to have to deal with interpersonal conflicts. It seems like they just expected to be booting scammers and spammers, and other useless people.
[10:35 PM] Mengmoshu: So when they're presented with two otherwise Ok people who just cannot get along they don't say what they mean, or they don't think clearly about what they should be saying.
[10:36 PM] Mazori: the problem is that the only mod I've had this many issues with is the owner
[10:36 PM] Mazori: the only thing I feel cubity did wrong is siding with nikey
[10:36 PM] Mazori: and that's subjective
[10:39 PM] Mengmoshu: Both of those facts confirm my theory. The owner figured because the Factory community has few toxic people than most games right now he'd never have to prevent personal conflicts from reaching the point you and nikey have gotten to.
[10:40 PM] Mengmoshu: Which seems like there's no reversing at this point. And I don't know if anybody could have made you guys like each other, but a more consistent and possibly proactive modding approach could have changed the tone of things.
