Hello, i am Pilindro, a long-time competitive player on the SA scene and i just got banned for "macro" for 14 days and i would really like to know the reason behind this ban.

Im 100% sure that i don't use any macros of any kind or any type of cheat or script or whatever you guys call hacks.

I am really confused by this because i have been playing tournaments since my first month playing this game (October 2017) and i never had any issues like this one.

In the past some players got banned for "macro" too and the "reasons" for their bans were, like... questionable.

An example of this is the ban the player "ForWin" received, that is also a really great player from SA.

He got banned for.. a twitch.tv clip, appearently the game decided to ban him because they couldn't see his fingers clicking on the mouse, on a pixelated webcam footage that wasn't even zoomed.

So.. manual ban.

I played A LOT of competitive shooters before Black Squad, mainly CSGO, Paladins and H1Z1, and on all of those i was considered "high skill lvl" , GM on Paladins, GC LVL 20(Which is like Faceit lvl 10 but for SA) on CSGO, etc etc.

But since 2017 ive been playing Black Squad most of the time, i  have like 3600 hours at the moment im writing this message..

I dont know how reports works from you guys side, but this ban seems like a precaution act from the anti cheat, i was probably reported by casual players who aren't really familiar with the gameplay of someone experienced and then i got banned.

Im not sure if this is what really happened, im just guessing, but anyway...

As i said before, ive been been playing tournaments since the first month on this game, played with a lot of different Anti Cheaters; MOSS, Blackbox, Intelblock...
And i NEVER.HAD.ANY.ISSUE.LIKE.THIS.BEFORE

Actually, im currently participating on a tournament hosted by ECG League which is currently using Blackbox Anticheat, me and my team are on the second round of the tournament, we have a match scheduled to thursday 22:30PM BRT and i will not be able to play for the rest of the tournament because of this "ban"

Ban ends 26/11, tournament on 24/11..

Me and my team, we are currently TOP1 Team on the SA scene, we WON the BSCR, we have a PUBLIC IMAGE TO PRESERVE, we all stream black squad all the time, comp games, PUG games, we are some of the most respected players on the competitive scene, i can't just get banned like this out of nowhere.

My team deserves to know the real reason of this ban.
I DESERVE to know the real reason of this ban.

We all need to know exactly what is going on, there has to be a misunderstanding about this ban somewhere because i didnt macro the game, i would never do that.
For all the dedication that i had along the years as a competitive player, for the respect that i have for my team and friends and for the image that i created on black squad, I WOULD NEVER MACRO THE GAME.

I can't let my team down because of this, if i cant play, my team will forfeit the competition, thus resulting in a bad state for all the scene, my situation is REALLY URGENT.

Anyway, i was instructed to give any additional information that i could, to help solve this in the first ticket answer or ASAP so i'll send everything i can think of that could help.
