[FFXIV] Upper La Noscea Suggestion - Swimming

Please consider allowing swimming in Upper La Noscea, so that players can travel between the west and east sides of Upper La Noscea without having to deal with the ferry if they so desired. In addition, the following areas in Outer La Noscea could link to the swimming area of Upper La Noscea:

-- South of "Kobold Dig" where the FATE "Make it Rain" Spawns.
-- 789th Order Dig (Only after unlocking Kobold Beast Tribe quests.)
-- Camp overlook (air balloon / airship dock.)

When a user/player desires to jump down into upper la noscea's swimming area, they must interact with an interaction point, and a short cutscene will play with them jumping off, and the screen fading to black / loading screen.
