- UPDATE 6 HOTFIX 1, 27-3-2024

- UPDATE 6, 23-3-2024
- RENEGADES OVERHAUL!
- Renegades are finally finished, all models have been fully remade.
- * "Renegade LC Suit" Variant 1 is now more 'casual wear', using an orange-decorated hoodie, denim pants and the armour is taken from a Mercenary's corpse, also showing wear&tear. His Gasmask variant is a mere half-mask.
- * "Renegade LC Suit" Variant 2 is a slightly more professional variant compared to the first, with teal pants, camouflaged hoodie and hood and darker, less torn torso armour. His Gasmask variant uses the older GP-5.
- * "Renegade LC Suit" Variant 3 is a fully camouflaged variant that the "Army Deserters" use with their spraypainted Berill torso armour. His Gasmask variant is a slightly more unique Merc variant.
- - "Army Deserters" are slightly unique in the fact that they have the faces of the Military and some equipment, however, they should still be very easy to differ.
- BERILLS REDONE!
- All Berill variants have been finally revised, including major enhancements, such as...
- - "Berill-5" and "Berill-5M" have improved Normal and Specular Maps.
- - "Bandit Berill" is now similar to the "LC Bandit Alternative", it has casual wear such as denim jeans and black hoodie, with the helmet having a darker brown-gray camo and the armour being Bandit Brown.
- - "Duty Berill" is now similar to the SKAT variants, but still having a unique appearance; Uses Red&Gray camo, has red decorations for the armour and misc and has red plates on the armour.
- - "Mercenary Berill" now uses the Guardian of Freedom as base, having Blue highlights and Grey base colour and had the mesh OVERHAULED to use the Berill Armour and Helmet but keeping the LC Clothing.
- SIN Overhaul got updated:
- - A new model is used for the "Exoskeleton", it now uses a broken and cultist-painted gasmask.
- - "Chernobog", the Leader, now uses a much better and more unique Exoskeleton texture as well as now has his face improved by using a much better fitting one, with a nice "scare" to it.
- - "Dazhbog", the Technician, had a bad Normal Map. It has been updated.
- - "Stribog" has been updated so he's consistent with the new Trenchcoat variants.
- - "Drekavac" now uses the 'old' Exoskeleton, which is the face exposed with sadistic wires.
- - Fixed a bad Normal Map that the new Trenchcoat variants were using.
- Now for the others...
- - "Monolith STS" has a much better Normal Map now.
- - "Monolith SEVA" has a much better Normal Map now. Also fixed consistency errors, such as...Urban camouflage when there should be SEVA suit and a bag instead of a tube texture from the back.
- - "Renegade SEVA" has a much better Normal Map now.
- - "Clear Sky SEVA" Variant 1 has a much better Normal Map now.
- - "UNISG SEVA" has a much better Normal Map now.
- - "Wind of Freedom" has a much better Normal Map now.
- - "Soldier Uniform" had its textures slightly improved and all use their own individual properly baked Normal Maps.
- - "Guardian of Freedom" now uses its own proper, baked Normal Map.
- - All "LC Suits" have some slight improvements for their Normal Map, mostly noticeable on the fact the gasmask has depth in its holes.
- - Ecologist "Proto-Exo" has improved gloves texture. (Thanks to "Jurkonov" for the report)
- - Some slight improvements for the Exoskeleton's Normal Map and Specular, mostly noticeable on the clothing finally having ridges and the metallic Exoskeleton parts being edgier.
- And some hotfixes:
- - One of the Sunrise Suits would be having issues in DX8, this is due to a presence of an alpha map that DX8 can't render nor is it necessary, this has been fixed. (Thanks to "Larrylangosta" for the report)
- - One of the Renegade Exoskeleton variants was using the wrong texture, this has been fixed. (Thanks to "N.N." for the report)
- - Forester/Lesnik had some smoothing issues and the Normal Map inverted, this has been fixed.
- - The Barman "Commander" had smoothing issues as well as had a broken face, it has been fixed. (Thanks to "billlcarr" and "consulcast" for the report)
- - There were some missing fixed models for the Army, specifically Spetsnaz with Berets, they have been added.
- - Backpacks were missing mipmaps, this has been fixed.
- - Fixed smoothing for all the ugly Trenchcoats that are unfit to these factions; Freedom, Duty, Monolith. Also they now use appropriate Normal Maps.
- - Fixed smoothing for all the ugly IBAz armors, they're still terrible but at least they won't have smoothing errors.
- --- The mod finally has a "FOMOD", making installation easier and better. Big thanks to "Cr3pis" for making it.
- UPDATE 5
- NBC OVERHAUL!
- NBCs have been completely redone, they should now match with all other outfits instead of being somewhat out of place, like always having a black hood.
- This also includes changing ALL of them, unlike before where some remained ugly.
- They are also much more unique since some have different aspects, such as the "Rookie GP5" and the "Trenchcoat GP5"
- Comes in two varieties by default; Primitive and Modern
- * Primitive is the classic one that uses the GP-5, has no visible "naked" parts.
- * Modern uses the XM-40 gas mask, with dual canisters as well as bigger than usual, has no visible "naked" parts.
- * Bandits use a variant of the "Primitive" type that is cloaked by a Semi-Trenchcoat.
- * Loner has a variety of everything; Primitive, Modern, Rookie and even one Trenchcoat GP5. (Big thanks and credits go to "Dynamic" for this Rookie model)
- * Sin will have actual half-mutants for NBCs now.
- "Renegade Hoodie" has been overhauled! It now uses original materials instead of being taken from Killing Floor. Credits to "nestantart" for the original model & textures.
- Monolith has got quite some minor changes:
- - Replaced one of the Monoliths that had a "Face" (a very common one) with a classic hood-down balaclava.
- - To keep with consistency, one of the non-camo variants now uses olive-green mask like all others and has other minor improvements.
- - "Monolith SKAT-9" had the details on the helmet improved by giving it better camo contrast and Monolith's emblem.
- - Improved the texture for Clear Sky SKAT, such as...Much better overall camo, helmet uses the proper camouflage pattern, plates are now Clear Sky Green&Yellow (very subtle),
- - Improved the texture for the Duty "SKAT Commander", such as...Pouch is now fitting with the rest, helmet texture has better contrast, greenish shadows are now a very desaturated blueish instead, belt is now a beautiful dark red, improved buckle color.
- - Some shared "Eyeballs" have been overhauled to be more realistic in shape and shine. One obvious example would be on Loris.
- - "Loris" has been improved by fixing smoothing errors and giving him a slightly better face specular.
- - Unique UNISG character, "Tech", now properly uses STALKER-only assets instead of assets from Battlefield 3. This also reduces the materials used by 3 instead of 8, which should help wih stutters and performance.
- - Fixed "Ecoguards" having broken shoulders.
- UPDATE 4
- IMPORTANT! The addon "Wind of Freedom" has been redone, this is because thanks to "demonized", "Jurkonov" and "Dux Fortis", we found a new way to avoid conflicts and crashes, so it's perfectly safe now.
- (The only conflict you'll see is with "character_desc_general", in which case, worry zero about it)
- - "Alternative Ecomercs" addon added:
- - The default "Ecomerc" no longer has too much orange color, it's now a brightish dull yellow, but still visible at a distance. Also, gave it armbands.
- - The "PS5m Ecomerc" now uses a combination of bright orange and dull yellow, also had further fixes such as on the back. The "orange decors" are hyper-reflective.
- - The "LC SEVA Ecomerc" has an orange-tinted patch, with the other details being the same dull yellow, also his backpack is now dark black but with the details being yellow.
- The idea is simple; make the Ecomercs stand out, but not be TOO flamboyant. I think I overdid with the orange so I reduced some "colored" parts and instead used the dull yellow that is common with the Ecologists. It also helps up with the new SPPs that have reflectors.
- Those who prefer the orange will still have it by default, hence why this is an addon.
- Now for some other fixes...
- - Fixed "SEVA Glass Variety" changing two SEVA models back to the ugly vanilla.
- - Fixed the "bandit_merc_10" using a Loner texture.
- - Fixed "soldier_balaklava" using a bad head mesh & texture.
- - Fixed "soldier_mask_green" using a bad head mesh & texture.
- UPDATE 3
- ARMORED TRENCHCOAT UPDATE!
- The Armored Trenchcoats have been finally redone, all Bandits that use such now have better, visible armors underneath their trenchcoats:
- - All the "Trenchcoats" now have an improved normal map, thanks to Argus.
- Also has improved specular by Blackgrowl, the trenchcoat should be a mix of leathery and wet from the elements, like rain.
- - Some Trenchcoat variants are now "fat" and may or may not have a gasmask.
- SEVA UPDATE!
- SEVAs just had an overhaul for most of the missing ones.
- - "Hybrid SEVA" just had an overhaul, making it look like a proper patchwork SEVA.
- - One of the Duty SEVA variants, the "Scientific Guard", had some minor issues and imperfections, it has been redone to have better color composition.
- - Monolith SEVA Variant 2 has been revamped, it's basically a more intricate "Loner" SEVA that uses Monolith colors & urban camo.
- - Bandit SEVA Variant 1 is now a proper looted Loner SEVA, combined with looted parts of the Loner Sunrise and Ecologist Guard suit.
- - Bandit SEVA Variant 2 is now a Bandit LC with the SEVA backpack and helmet.
- Now for the rest, which are not any less important:
- - "Specnaz" glass has been overhauled again, now looks proper high quality, almost similar to the artwork piece of the SKAT-9.
- - "Glasses", the ones Skinflint and some other rare characters use, has been overhauled to fix all that complete blackness and give it transparency (for the cubemaps), its own normal map and a nice specular.
- - Bandit "Zara" is instead the Looted Ecoguard, with his hood down and using a balaclava.
- - Bandit "PS5m" had the visors made better and smoothing fixed.
- - Further updated "Wastelander", now has a concealed helmet instead of a visible "balaclava head"
- - One of the "Sentinel of Freedom" variants, the one that uses an STS torso, had a bad mismatched normal map. This has been fixed.
- - Fixed the second variant of the "Sentinel of Freedom" having a visible seam on the shoulder.
- - Fixed unique faces missing some other textures, like bumpmaps and .thm files.
- - Fixed the "Bandit SKAT" having much weaker protection than usual. [NPC only]
- - Fixed the "Nomad" having broken physics on death.
- - Fixed all the "Nosorogs" broken bones...Again. (Not necessary if you use Nosorog Overhaul)
- - One of the Mercenary suits was an ugly "desert camo" that didn't fit in The Zone at all. It is now a blue urban camo.
- - One of the Mercenary suits was some kind of "variety salad" camo that didn't fit The Zone at all. It is now an intricate Hunter-like suit.
- UPDATE 2
- Early version of "Sin Overhaul" is in the house!
- - "Sin Proto-Exo" is now a much more menacing model, meant to make it look like a proper "mutant" and "cultist" combined armor.
- - "Sin Armored Trenchcoats" now use Sin-appropriate camo with now proper, high-quality concealed armors.
- "UNISG Overhaul" Update! It is now considered fully finished.
- Exoskeletons now have their unique style:
- - First Variant is a "Trooper" type that uses a slightly worn Carapace type of armor and the whole armour is camouflaged, with subtle details.
- - Second Variant is a "Commander/Specops" type with better carapace armor and highlighted details.
- - Both variants have their own type of gasmask.
- - Both variants uses a unique Normal Map & Specular Map.
- "LC SEVA" suits have their unique style:
- - First variant is a complete SEVA suit with UNISG colours and subtle "Officer/Recon" camo, as well as brass decorations.
- - Second variant is a complete ISRIT jumpsuit with UNISG colours and more Carbon Fibre.
- Some other minor changes on LC Suits, such as changing the patch color to have better contrast with the new camo.
- "Proto-Exo" has been overhauled, it is now a combination of the "UNISG SEVA" and parts of the Exoskeleton itself, slimmed down heavily.
- Other changes...
- - "Nomad" has been redone, it now looks closely to the 'original' from Anomaly, having the same balaclava, hood and packs. It is based on a Sunrise and CS-2.
- - All Unique faces, such as Trapper, Beard, Strelok, Nitro, Cardan and so on, now use the original CoP textures, which are much better, have proper skin tone and none of those ugly repainted beards.
- - Restored original "Scientist" suit, the one in Anomaly used an Ecologist patch for no reason.
- - "Bandit Ecoguard" Suit has been redone, it is now a combination of the STS pants, Wind of Freedom Belt and the rest a customized type of the Ecoguard outfit, using darker uglier colours and a specific brownish woodland camo.
- - "SPP Suits" have been overhauled, with much better details, colour and a proper new normal map.
- - Same goes for the "Ecozombies", they now use their own type of SPP texture that is much dirtier, grittier, unkempt and so on.
- - "Ecozombies" smoothing fixed, also now have Broken Glass.
- - Renegade Exoskeleton "Skull Design" made much more subtle and fitting.
- - One SEVA variant (8-bumps) had a broken normal map, this has been fixed.
- - Clear Sky STS has been revamped again, this time it has a proper torso armor.
- (Also fixed an issue where none of the Clear Sky models used it)
- - Fixed Eidolon having broken bones (this was a vanilla error, too)
- UPDATE 1
- - All Exoskeletons' Specular Maps have been improved, metal will shine like metal now.
- - "Ecozombies" were missing the alpha in their glass, it has been restored.
- - GP-5 was missing bump#, it has been restored.
- - "ExoSEVAs" have been fixed yet again:
- * Glass shape has been changed, should be much more pleasing to the eye and now visible voids about.
- * Oxygen Tubes have been fixed (Somewhat, it's not perfect but much better than before)
- * Removed some ugly leftover meshes, the model will look much cleaner now.
- * Glass texture now uses a similar one that SEVA does, but much more blue.
- - "Blue Ecologist Guard" suit (ISRIT suit) has been overhauled:
- * Shoulder & Knee pads redone, they are now metallic plates.
- * Better and subtle coloring done to better identify them as Ecologist.
- * Now has its own normal map.
- - Added a missing model, the Merc SKAT.
- - Fixed the Merc Proto using a wrong texture from Ecologists, it's back to a Mercenary one.
- - Fixed all the "Sunrise with Merc Gasmask" models, they were missing their armor proportions.
- - One of the Dolg SEVA variants, the Pathfinder, had some minor issues and imperfections, it has been redone:
- * Highlights are now a slightly-bright red.
- * Shoulders have been fixed.
- * Some decorations had camo for no reason, this has been removed.
- * Backpack and pouch are now more fit for a hunter: Red highlights and black overall colour.
- - [UNIQUE CHARACTER] Eidolon has been overhauled:
- * Fixed issues on the model (No more voids, no more smoothing errors)
- * Now uses its own custom Glass, which resembles an eye.
- *** Custom Glass also has its own normal map and specular map.
- * Uses its own armour, with the "metal plates" replaced as white-beige carapaces and fully urban camo clothing.
