Jim and George

One day when walking home from school Jim got pushed over by his brother George in which he did not like too much because he always seemed to be a jerk towards him. But because George was older than Jim by 3 years, he couldn’t really fight back because he was small enough to be picked up very easily by George. when George pushed over Jim he just sat there and did nothing and Geroge knew he wouldn’t do anything. George just looked and said “what are you going to cry”? Jim didn’t say anything so he wouldn’t get hit and just sat there quietly. George and his friends started laughing and walking away. Another boy walked up to Jim and asked him “are you alright?” Jim nodded and looked down at the ground just noticing his books had dropped out of his bookbag because it was not zipped right. The boy then started to pick up his books and Jim started to help, the boy then said “my names Henry what's your name?” Jim very quietly said his name, Henry asked “would you like to be friends?” Jim nodded and smiled a little. When he stood up Henry said “I have to get going, I'll see you in class tomorrow” Jim then started to head home. When Jim got home his father had been sitting on the couch already drunk with 3 bottles on the table next to him. Jim's father said “where you been boy its past 3” Jim ignored him and walked away, his father yelled at him and said “boy when I ask you a question you better answer me when I'm talking to you” Jim walked to his room and slammed his door. Jim did not have much in his room, mainly hand me down stuff from George. Jim decided to read a book he read about a dozen times. Jim had dozed off and fell asleep, when his mother got home Jim's father Jarred said in an angry voice “where have you been woman I have been waiting since 5 to get some food.” Jim’s mother Katherine headed straight towards the kitchen to cook some TV dinner for the family. After a few minutes Katherine yelled for the boys to come get their dinner, Jim started to head out towards the dining room to eat and so did George. When George walked by Jim he flicked him in the back of the head. Jim tried to ignore it and walked and sat down for dinner. When they started to eat Jarred said “Kathy your boy has been very disrespectful lately.” she said “I will talk to him about it.” after dinner Jim headed to his room to go to sleep. The next day Jim woke up and did his morning routine of getting up, getting dressed, brushing his teeth and eating breakfast. When Jim got to school the day started

by getting bullied by the other kids getting his money taken and the old bully routine. This had been happening since the fourth day of school until now so Jim had gotten used to it. When Jim was getting bullied by the bigger kids from high school he had no chance of standing up to them. Then Henry came and tried to stop the bullies and they bullied him too. Jim helped up Henry after being attacked but there had only been a slight bruise on henrys cheek after the bullies had beat him up. Jim said “thank you” henry said “ah it was nothing that I can't walk off” Jim smiled and they headed towards the lunch room as they had been late for lunch. Not too much into the day the principal had announced over the intercom that they would be hosting a school dance. Jim thought that he might as well try to ask a girl to the dance because he knew no one would ask him. He walked up to a girl named Hannah who was sitting at one of the tables reserved for the popular kids, Hannah looked at him and laughed. When the bullies heard about what happened they came over to the table and pulled down Jims pants in an attempt to prank him. Jim pulled up his pants and ran away to the bathroom. Jim swore that he would get everyone back for laughing at him.
