Salvo V 0.5 - "Tag! You're It!" Edition

Call commands with kpminus (e.g. '-help')

Salvo allows you to add tags to yourself with "-tag <tag>, <tag>..." so that others
can use the ask function "-ask <tag>, <tag>..." to call a list of users with tags that
match their current question. You can remove your tags using the untag function, and
you can see what you are currently tagged with using the showtags function!

Basic Commands
help - Calls a list of commands
info - Shows bot information
suggest <something> - Sends a suggestion to
the developer's suggestion box.
8ball <question> - Ask the Magic 8 Ball!
submit <link> - Sends your link to the Gallery!

User Tag Commands - BETA
!! SEPARATE TAGS WITH A COMMA !!
showtags - Shows the tags you currently have.
tag <tags> - Adds the selected tags to you.
untag <tags> - Removes the selected tags from you.
ask <tags> - Shows you Users who have tagged themselves
with the tags you have chosen.
