Brief 100% w/Debug Menu Explanation

100%

* Source - the location in the game where you normally receive a particular item
* All items that are required for 100% must still be obtained from source
* All of the items that were previously required for 100% are STILL required
* Middle upgrades are not required for the 100% definition, so these are freely given with the debug menu. HOWEVER, we must still obtain the max upgrades from source.
* Items such as fairies, skulltula tokens, and boss keys ARE NOT required for 100%, and they never have been - you can infinitely collect them, and they do not come back with you when you play Song of Time. HOWEVER, items such as fairy rewards and the spiderhouse rewards must still be obtained from their respective sources.
*A new category called 100% No Text Overflow was created. This category is the old 100% category. If you prefer that route or think the new 100% is dumb, nothing of value has been lost!

This means that we CANNOT simply give ourselves items with the menu and call it a day - in the event that any items that are required for 100% are obtained from the debug menu, they must be obtained from a legitimate source later in the run. For example - we give ourselves a powder keg with the debug menu, but we MUST STILL obtain one from Medigoron in Mountain Village.

Items not required for the 100% definition can obviously be given with the debug menu.
