The style of photos you provided is going to be extremely difficult to do with a large number of people. As you can see, these are all environmental photos. If every single person in the company has environmental shots, they will all either end up with the same environment, or it will take a very long time to complete. For the sake of the quote I am going to provide, I will assume that we can do posed shots in 2 settings. One of which would be an office like location, the other in front of a backdrop. Each person will be shot in 3 poses with each setting. A total of 2 final images from those 6 poses will be selected.

A shoot of the 20 executives will take 1 day with 20 minute sessions for each. A formal quote will have the following listed: photography, editing, equipment rental, assisting, and transportation costs. Proofs would be ready for review within 2 weeks. The total cost will be $3500 + expenses for 40 completed shots, this comes out to $87.50 per photo.

For a full shoot of 120 employes, the photography will take 5 days. This assumes 20 minutes per person, for all 120 employes. This works out to 40 hours of photography. In addition to this, this project will incur similar secondary costs as mentioned above. The total expected time for this project is 100 hours. Proofs will be ready 4 weeks after the completion of the last photo captures. The estimated total cost would be $10,000 + expenses for 240 completed shots coming out to $41.67 per photo.

Group photos pricing would depend on the team size and number of teams and what setting they would need to be shot in.

Any of these options will include an all purpose, except retransmission of rights, perpetual license for the delivered photos. This means that Ring Central can use these photos in any way they want regardless of medium. The only exception is that Ring Central can not confer these rights on a third party.
