  6. This is an offshoot story of Octavia X Anon X Cadence, found here: http://pastebin.com/vJEKvp3Q.
  7.
  8. First version takes place after Trixie meets with Anon in the ground floor hotel room, immediately after she lays out her blackmail plan.
  9. Revised version is after blackmail, plus damaging kick.
  10. From Line 1785: >"...Or, don't, and have three ruined lives."

  14.
  15. >Trixie leers at you, her eyes brimming with the confidence of a plot proceeding exactly as envisioned.
  16. "Hah, no. You do know that Cadence is going to make you 'disappear', right?"
  17. >Taken aback, Trixie squints her eyes in skepticism.
  18. >"She's a princess. She'd never do that."
  19. >You point your finger up in the manner of a teacher lecturing a slow student.
  20. "You mean you've never *heard* of it happening."
  21. >Trixie pauses and averts her eyes, considering your words.
  22. >It sounds absurd on the face of it. Completely unheard of.
  23. >But that's the perfect cover.
  24. >She looks back at you, doubt, and a little fear rapidly growing to replace her earlier arrogance.
  25. >"That... that can't be possible. Even if it was kept a secret, the rumours would leak. You can't just make a pony vanish like that!"
  26. "It isn't done very often, but I do have a direct relationship with a princess. Unlimited authority can open up lots of interesting possibilities."
  27. >Sufficiently unnerved, and quickly coming to the conclusion that she made a very bad choice, Trixie puts her hooves down and backs off a couple of steps.
  28. >"S-So... what happens now?"
  29. "Now, Trixie? Now, I own your ass. Bring the pictures and my jacket. We're going for a walk."

  35. Revised again on pastebin.
  36.
  37. >Trixie leers at you, her eyes brimming with the confidence of a plot going just as planned.
  38. >From somewhere deep inside you, you get an idea and realise how you could turn this around and take control of the situation.
  39. >You take a moment to recover and gather your thoughts.
  40. "I don't think either of those things are gonna happen.
  41. You do know that Cadence can just make you 'disappear', right?"
  42. >Taken aback, Trixie squints her eyes in skepticism.
  43. >"She's a princess, she would never do that."
  44. >You point your finger up in the manner of a teacher lecturing a slow student, mindful to keep your injury covered.
  45. "You mean you've never *heard* of her doing that."
  46. >Trixie pauses and averts her eyes, considering your words.
  47. >It sounds absurd on the face of it.
  48. >Completely unheard of.
  49. >But that's why it's the perfect cover.
  50. >Equestria is an incredibly peaceful country, it's low crime rate the envy of all it's neighbors.
  51. >There are always a few problem ponies in any large crowd, but they never seem to have much of an influence on the group.
  52. "There never seem to be very many repeat offenders for serious crimes in the news, are there?
  53. There are even fewer offenders in the news who commit crimes against the crown.
  54. I used to think that this was because you've actually got ideal rulers in Equestria.
  55. They're competent, benevolent, and basically immortal.
  56. But then I started reading between the lines."
  57. >Your stomach. It really fucking hurts.
  58. >You never thought that talking calmly would ever be this painful to do.
  59. >The taste of blood in your mouth is something you're getting tired of, really fast.
  60. >She looks back at you, doubt mixed with a little fear rapidly growing to replace her earlier assurance.
  61. >"That... that can't be possible. Even if it was kept a secret, there would be rumour. You can't just make a pony vanish like that!"
  62. "It isn't done very often, but I do have a direct relationship with a princess.
  63. Unlimited authority can open up lots of interesting possibilities, and you just tried to indirectly blackmail somepony who *holds* that kind of authority."
  64. >Sufficiently unnerved, and quickly coming to the conclusion that she made a very bad decision, Trixie puts her hooves down and backs off a couple of steps.
  65. >There is a pause as Trixie fuitlessly tries to figure a way out of this and as you try to get a better handle on your pain.
  66. >That stomach of yours is going to need some medical attention. Soon.
  67. >"S-So... what happens now?" says the frightened Trixie as she tries her best to maintain her dignity.
  68. "Now, Trixie? Now, I own your ass. Bring the pictures and my jacket. We're going for a walk. We need to have a little group meeting to decide what to do with you. Trying to spread this now would bring consequences down on you. Hard. You're going to help me back to my hotel room and try to earn some goodwill."
  69. >Damn. You really hope she's distracted and scared enough to take the bait instead of noticing how injured you are and just booking it out of here. You're not sure you could make it back to the room on your own, but you're damn sure you wouldn't be able to make it in time to prevent Trixie from just running and throwing all this blackmail stuff to all the ponies on the street right outside the hotel and cause a lot of problems for Octavia, Cadence, and yourself.
  70. >She gulps.
  71. >This is the moment of truth.
  72. .
  73. .
  74. .
  75. .
  76. .
  77. >"Okay. Just... Just lean towards me and I'll support you with my magic", responds the Shaken and Distracted Trixie as she takes the bait, folding up the photos, jacket, and her cloak.
