- Hi gc32168,
- I have recieved both the phones but when I went to Telstra to have them changed over, one of the phones will not recieve on either the 3g or wifi networks, and the other phone will only accept 15 contacts from the old sim card. The lady at Telstra also tried to bluetooth the numbers and they would not show up although it said they had transferred. I am happy to sit and re-enter my phone book on this one. I had fitted them with 16gb micro sd cards. Can you please send a replacement for the one that will not work, and the address to return the one that does not work.
- Thanking you
- Ken Davies

- Hi Ken,
- Thank you for your email. With the phone you want replaced could you please elaborate further on the issues that are present. This will help us identify whether the problem is with a phone or it could be fixed without sending it back.

- Hi
- As I said, I took both phones into the Telstra shop at Victoria Point, Qld. to have them changed over to a prepaid account and the phone would not receive any signals from either the 3G network or any Wifi signals. The girl tried both sim cards from my phone and my wifes phone and none of them worked. If a new phone can't be sent, then a refund for the one phone that does not work would be OK.
- Hoping to hear from you soon.
- Thanks Ken

- Hi Ken,
- The manufacturer suggested you perform a factory data reset:
- 1. From any home screen of your phone, tap the Menu hard key.
- 2. Tap Settings.
- 3. Scroll down and tap Privacy.
- 4. Scroll down and tap Factory Data Reset.
- 5. Tap Reset Phone, confirm to execute.
- It may take 5 to 45 minutes for your handset to power back on and get to the initial Android welcome screen.
- Turn off the phone for at least 2 hours after restoring the default settings.
- Please let us know whether the internet access problem has been solved.
- Thanks and regards,
- Gadget City

- Well here we are again, I tried the factory reset and no luck, I have just returned from a 3 week holiday and the phone only workred for 1 (yes 1) day. I have been back to Telstra shops all up the coast trying to make it hold the 3G network but without any joy. I am now very dissatisfied with the phones and therefor request a refund. I intend to start a paypal dispute to claim. I am prepared to return the phones in the original packaging at my expence.
