Water Breathing

Greensleeves  touched  a  sprig  of  seaweed  at  her shoulder,  cupped  her  hand  in  the  air,  and  tilted  it. Garth  was  deluged  by  a  column  of  seawater  plunging from  above.  It  filled  the  circular  shield  he'd  conjured, outlining  the  invisible  force  like  a  glass  tumbler.  Garth merely  popped  a  smooth  pebble  in  his  mouth  and breathed  the  water.

With  a  rush,  Garth  dissolved  his  invisible  shield wall,  and  seawater  gushed  around  their  feet.  The  wizard was  dry,  the  water-breathing  spell  having  protected him.
