  19. [13:13] * Shiole_Mujica absconds into her respiteblock while her lusus, somewhat dejected, starts clearing away her weapons.

  21. [13:15] * Shiole_Mujica returns, minutes later, having donned her weighted dress and carrying a small pitcher of water.
  22. [13:16] * Shiole_Mujica sets the water at the side of the room. "Hydrat1on. Al22ays 1mportant, 1f 2're go1ng 2 be tra1n1ng 221th me."

  38. [13:21] * Shiole_Mujica nods in her lusus' direction, and Owlmother starts playing slow classical music on the troll equivalent to a set of speakers arrayed throughout the room.

  40. [13:22] * Shiole_Mujica begins swaying gently, drawing Erxiqa along with her motion.

  42. [13:23] <Shiole_Mujica> "See? 1t's a s1mple eno2gh pract1ce, b2t a shock1ng amo2nt of trolls s1mply never p2t the t1me 1nto learn1ng ho22."
