- Description: Sara was the designated driver for her friends, who all went to a party and were on their way home when a black SUV, driven by Johnson, pulled up beside them. The passengers of the SUV asked Sara and her friends where they were going and if they wanted to have sex. When Sara’s male friend told Johnson that those comments were inappropriate, one of Johnson’s passengers told him that he would “beat his ass”. Johnson then flashed and fired a pistol, hitting Sara in the head, causing her to veer off and crash into a light pole.
