- When cooperation is required but interruptions are inconvenient, why not use an interruption buffer for those who need to be interrupted by others but who are disturbed by that? The buffer could be cleared at preset intervals, such as 20 minutes, and the person to be interrupted could expect to be interrupted every 20 minutes, so he wouldn't feel interrupted.
