Alien- Pulse Rifle Fire Once

The trainees swiftly formed an outward-facing circle. Zula gave the command to fire, and they began blasting away with their pulse rifles, shooting in all directions. An angry scream came from Zula’s right, and she ordered everyone to concentrate their fire in that direction. The lesions that covered the Necromorph’s exoskeleton provided it with an extra layer, one that might be thick enough to resist even pulse-rifle fire. If enough of them managed to strike the same location on the creature, though, maybe the force of their combined rounds would crack the armor, allowing their assault to get at the Necromorph’s vital organs. Maybe.
