I always feel a presence watching me. I could be in a room where i for sure know im by myself and i feel it. The presence of a body. But i cant describe the body well. Its just a feeling thats already hard to explain. I cant explain the feeling itself. I told my therapist and they didnt believe. After that i started to trust nobody. It felt like no one was there for me. The presence was the only thing that i had left. It was always there so i started to build a trust towards it. If i was alone i would talk to the presence and it would feel as if it was getting stronger.

One day as i was riding my bike to work and the bike had come to a full stop after hitting a rock and almost threw me off the bike. I closed my eyes real hard expecting to fly off the bike but i didnt. With my eyes closed, i felt something push me so i wouldnt fly off. The presence i felt had grown large. When i opened my eyes i saw someone standing in front of me with a worried face but they quickly vanished. The presence had faded away. I looked around to find no one around.

Whenever something thrilling were to happen i would see the hallucination of the person giving an expression. When i was at the park and asked someone out i saw them for a mere second with a huge smile. When i was in the hospital with a high fever i saw them tears welled up in their eyes holding their hand to my forehead. They had mouthed 'stay alive i dont want this to end' before fading off.
