Pursuer's Glitch Info

Jumping high is what spawns pursuer
Pursuer spawns at the top of a normal jump
You can't spawn him by walking
It's only the jump across which raises your height enough to hit the trigger

In order to do the safe pursuer's glitch strat:
	You have to jump right on the very last part of the ledge so you get a low height jump.
	You should waste like 0.1s somehow to be sure that you don't go too fast
