Where's Titus?

Covet: Felix was chilling in the living room sitting on the couch with Nugget next to him on his back, his cheeks all flopped out as he snored while sleeping with his belly up. Felix was rubbing it absentmindedly, while icing his shoulder a bit because it was kind of throbbing.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph was sitting on the couch next to the duo, her notebook in her lap with her eyes turned onto the page she'd been writing on. She was trying to get some more lyrics down, for the Kittens or to sell. "Think he can breathe like that?" She asked in a quiet voice, her pen looping neat letters onto the lines.-
Covet: "He's snoring, so he's getting some air, He usually startles himself awake if he can't." Felix said. "I want to get up so I can go get my pain meds, but he looks so peaceful." He said with a smile then looked at her, "Oh, by the way, the hospital called and they have an opening for my surgery next Tuesday."
Alexithymiaa: "Yes, I'll get it for you." She said with a roll of her eyes, moving her notebook onto the couch and standing up to start off into the kitchen to get his meds. "That's great. The sooner, the better. That way you can start healing sooner, and then we can practice dancing."-
Covet: Felix gave Steph a big cheeky smile as he shifted a little while she got up to get him what he needed. "Yeah, it's in the morning, so I'll be home in the evening, and they'll have me set up with more pain meds but I'm thinking it's going to feel way better than it does now regardless of the fact that it is surgery."
Alexithymiaa: "Well it's going to sore, I can tell you that much. And tender." She grabbed the meds and a bottle of water, turning to head back into the living room and leaning in to hand them off to him. "I think you'll see improvement pretty quickly though."-
Covet: "Well yeah, but it's not going to be sore and umm... grindy?" He said as he reached out for the pills and the water, holding onto it with his restrained hand while he held onto the pill with his lips. He opened the bottle and tipped a mouthful back. "I hope so though. I'm itching to shoot some hoops bad." // Cadence pulled up to Steph's house and went about getting Trick's carseat out of the back of her hummer. She looked like she'd been crying all evening, and seemed to be in a little bit of a rush as she made her way up to Steph and Felix's place to ring the doorbell.
Alexithymiaa: "I think you're going to need to quit focusing so much on basketball and more on recovering properly. Don't just bug your doctor to give you a fake green light." She eyed him sternly. Hearing the doorbell and then the symphony of barking, she turned to head to the front door, pulling it open to see Cadence in clear distress on the other side. "Hey... what's going on?"-
CovetCovet : "I won't, And I know be patient, but it really helps with the random jittery stuffs. " He said, as he watched Nugget struggle to roll over and get off the couch to join Penny in the barking. "who is it?" Felix called out. // Cadence looked at Steph, "I need you to watch Trick for a little bit for me. Titus is missing and I haven't seen him since I let him out in the yard this afternoon when I took a nap." She said brokenly and in a bit of a panic.
Alexithymiaa: "It's Cadence!" She called out to him, watching her face and instantly starting to nod. "Of course. We'll take him for as long as you need. Here, come in." She said, trying to usher her inside.-
Covet: Felix yelled out again, "What does she want?"// Cadence looked slightly relieved "Thank you...I have one more question slash favor to ask..." She said as she walked in, setting Trick down on the floor, he was happily chewing on one of his toys.
Alexithymiaa: "Shut up!" She yelled at him, much more concerned with Cadence and how upset she was right now. "Yeah, whatever you need."-
Covet: "Rude!" He called back out again, as he got up to see what was the matter. // "I messaged Benji to come with me to look around for Titus. Is that going to be a problem? I figured it was safer than going out there by myself, and since I know Titus might show up here, I thought It would be eaiser for you guys to look after Trick while we went out searching." She said looking between the two of them.
Alexithymiaa: "Uhhh..." She trailed off, caught offguard about Benji. When Felix started to walk over, she turned to look at him. "Titus is missing. She asked Benji if he would help her look for him so we could stay here with Trick..."-
Covet: "Oh, Well, I mean I guess that's all right if he's okay for it." Felix said with a shrug, then looked down at Trick, kneeling so he could play with him. "When was the last time you saw Titus?" // Cadence bit the inside of her lip, "I don't really have anyone else to ask, Tyler's out of town right now. I just want my puppy back." She said wiping her eyes as if Titus wasn't an adult dog.
Alexithymiaa: (THEYRE ALL PUPPIES, GTFO.)
Covet: [lol]
Alexithymiaa: "You're going to find him. He probably got under the fence and went exploring. He's going to be home soon." She said as she stepped in to hug Cadence, giving her a squeeze. "I can call the shelter and send them a picture in case anyone brings him in."-
Covet: Felix furrowed his brow, "Yeah I guess that makes sense...I'm sorry, but we can keep Trick." He said rubbing his beanie on his head. // "He's gotten out before, but he's always come back by now. Normally he just goes down to the beach by the river. But he's not back, and I'm really starting to get worried." Cadence said taking a deep breath.
Alexithymiaa: "Well maybe he got bored with the river and wandered just a little further? I'm sure he couldnt have gone too far. What if Felix stayed here with Trick and I come out and look? An extra person scouring the neighborhood can only help, right?" She asked her, glancing at Felix for some sort of support.-
Covet: "Yeah we can do that, I can't really be of too much of help. So I can keep Trick no problem." // Cadence tilted her head to the side, then sniffled a bit, and nodded her head, "Okay, that works too. I told Benji to meet me here already."
Alexithymiaa: "I'll grab my stuff and we can all go, okay?" She asked, pulling the half hoodie off over her head and starting to fold it. "Arizona, why don't you take Trick into the living room so you guys can get comfortable."-
Covet: "Yeah sure thing." He said picking him up in his carrier to bring him into the living room and started getting him out of his fastenings. "C'mon buddy, We'll hang out and watch some cartoons." // Cadence gave Felix a soft look, then turned around to see headlights pulling into the drive and the soft rumble of the engine, before it cut off. "Benji's here."
Alexithymiaa: -She grabbed her jacket from the hook, slipping it onto her arms and pulling open the front door to see Benji's car in the driveway. "Between the three of us, we'll find him. Oh wait, hold on." She turned and headed off into the kitchen, grabbing the box of milk bones and returning to Cadence. "These will probably help."-
Covet: Felix got Trick situated in his arms to be sitting and chilling as he went about finding cartoons for them to watch. He knew they'd be knocking out for sleep soon because he took his pain meds, but Trick would probably be out soon too. // Cadence looked at the box and nodded, "Yeah. I'm just worried something awful has happened to him." She said as she opened up the door, giving Benji a wave as he walked up to the house. // " Who's vehicle are we taking?" Benji called out seeing that they were coming out.
Alexithymiaa: "Nothing awful has happened to him. He just lost track of time." She tried to sound confident for Cadence, calling out to Felix. "We'll be back later. Love you!" She said as she walked out the door, grabbing her keys on her way. She jogged out toward Benji in her stupid platform boots like an asshole, digigng into the box of milk bones to give him a handful. "Here, take bait. Were we not taking three cars to cover more ground?"-
Covet: "Love you more!" Felix called out as he heard them taking off, "Tell Benji I say Hi." // Cadence looked at Benji and gave him a soft smile, "Thank you for helping..." She said softly to him then looked around, "Oh..I guess that does make sense... I just didn't want to be alone... out and about at night..." She said. // Benji furrowed his brow, "I don't know if I feel comfortable with you two driving by yourselves while we look around, The news has said there's been a rise of some petty crime stuff, muggings and vehicle break ins and the like." He said taking the bones from Steph.

Alexithymiaa: "Oh.... I didn't even think about that..." She said as she pursed her lips, glancing at the cars. "Okay, so why don't you drive and we'll focus on calling him and looking since we know him better?" She said to Benji, and then looked at Cadence. "Does that sound okay?"-

Covet: "Yeah that sounds good." Cadence said with a nod. She looked at Steph and then went to Benji's car to get in the front seat. // "Yes, I can do that. And anyone wanting to get up to shady business will be less tempted to try anything with me driving." Benji said getting over to the car opening up the doors for them.
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah well...." She stopped herself from mentioning she wished she still had her gun, sliding into the backseat of Benji's car. "Thank you for helping. I'm sure by the time we get back, both Felix and Trick will be out cold on the couch."-
Covet: "Trick will be for sure." Cadence said as she put her seatbelt on. "Yes, Thank you. You didn't have to do this." // "Nonsense, I'm happy to help, especially if it keeps you two safe." Benji said as he turned the engine over so that he could pull out and they could get about looking for Titus.
Alexithymiaa: "Felix took his meds before you came in. Rest assured, he'll be out." She rolled down the backseat window, peering outside as they drove off to search.-
Covet: Cadence just stared out the window, leaving it open so she could call out for her dog. // Benji focused on his driving as the girls called for the dog, keeping his eyes out for anything or anyone.
