  1. It was decided, finally the cult was ready. Much time had passed since the minotaur tribe joined in, even more, since the first angel was slain, the demonic kin thought themselves impossible to beat.
  2. A fate that only the lord of time can confirm the truthfulness of. The new capital erected in name of the crimson queen, a princess of the aquatic empire, which had been forsaken by her own kind,
  3. proclaimed to be nothing more than a fool. The "Blood city" it was named, in honour of the battle that took place near it, the event which sparked it's existence. One would think such a blasphemous city would be
  4. burned to the ground by the empire, how dared mere peasents proclaim to have erected a new capital and to have elected a new queen, common sense dictates that that should be so, yet it was not.
  5. The kingdom embraced it, all but the prior queen saw a new hope, a new light in this extravagant begining. Armies were marched as per her orders, yet they either never arrived or quickly gave in, in favour of
  6. the riches, sins and opportunities this new capital brought on with it's existence. The white castle, where the cult had emerged, was humbled in size by this monstrosity of a city. The cult itself grew in numbers and in
  7. power, how could they not? The crimson queen herself was their pawn, the city, their playground. Perhaps as a play of irony, or a horrid mistake, the cult never did investigate the blue light eminating from the desert that was
  8. so close to them. No one would have guessed what made it, no one would have accepted the explanation, yet it is what it is. A harbinger hath been born upon that land and no magic, be it demonic, holy or elemental could stop it.
  9. It happened soon after the tengu in the near jungle had been completely erradicated, their blood fueling a ritual to bring forth a demon of power unimaginable. A huge circle had been formed, the trees withering, the ground turning to ash,
  10. the very existence of the place being rended assunder by HIM. No, it was not the harbinger, it was another being of primal origin, the demon that has no name, it treads our world to this day, a monolith of a creature.
  11. Once it emerged from the boughs of hell, creatures thousands of killometers could feel it's bellow of hatred, the harbinger included. Little is known of the events to come, but stories.
  12. Some depict the two primordial creatures fighting each other for an eon until the harbinger was finally devoured by it. Others speak of a great divide in existence, the very creatures tearing away at the essence of our being and seperating
  13. the world into 2 halves that never seperate yet are never truly united. The one that is by far most common however, depicts another story, a story that speaks of the young elden. It is said that once it emerged into this world, the cult of blood atempted to control it, to control a thing of this magnitude however, you must become a part of it's essence, be it's ideas. As they merged their being with it's they were in stead devoured. Before the leader of the cult could be devoured as well however, the harbinger had arrived and attacked it uttering words of eldrich power. The battle hath been swift and destructive, the blood of both had ben spilled and it had flown and mixed. Like fire and water, life and death
  14. holy and unholy, their blood had twisted and turned the reality of existence itself upon mixing. The powers that had created both, flowed the strongest within their blood and it seemed, they were not equal. The harbinger had been created by a god that neared it's death, It on the other hand was created of pure sin, wrath in the common tongue. The forces mixed and twirled creating something new, creation itself had not seen this before, perhaps even the forefather himself had not planned for this when he created this world. An explosion occured, it scattered the two combatants to the remotest of corners of this world, but it seems that only one survived, the crater is still there and the aftermath of the battle will forever be remembered by the few aquatics that remained alive after the climatic event, no one dares explore the crater out of fear of it's contents. Though many know that said contents should have washed away a long time ago.
  15. Some speak of seeing odd light moving around it, but no one knows what it is. As for me? Mortal, ask not for knowledge you shall regret having, now... begone before i change mind on wether i should feast.....
