Third Draft of Descriptions for V-Day Cat, using the name Alafel

Egg:
	Your egg is a vivid pink shade dotted with miniature hearts that look as delicate as lace.  It gives off a sense of intimacy and companionship, letting you know that you will love the creature living inside the egg even now.  You are eager to hold the creature, as something about the egg makes you sure that it will eventually be the ideal thing to hold tight to keep you cozy.

First Hatchling:
	Your Alafel has hatched, resulting in petite winged kitten with pink fur that emits soft mews each time you stroke it.  It enjoys the company of all creatures, since you have observed it folding its snow-white wings to doze with a diverse selection each night.  Its wings appear to be too frail to hold up a creature of its size, and its few tentative attempts at flying show this to be generally true.  You pick it up to nuzzle it with your head and sneeze from its fur tickling your nose.

Second Hatchling:
	On the center of you Alafel’s forehead, a small marking in the shape of a heart has appeared, standing out from the uniformity of the rest of its pink fur.  It grows larger every day, and spreads more and more of its pink fur around the house.  At this rate, all of your furniture will be utterly pink and fuzzy within a few weeks.  It has also become a bit more active, pouncing on your feet when it desires to be petted.  Still, you always find time to relax and sit with your Alafel when it is completely calm.

Adult:
	The wings of your Alafel are now fully grown, so that it can fly up to tickle your face when it would like to play, as opposed to hopping on your toes.  Its fur is no longer concealing every surface, much to the relief of you and your other creatures.  When you go to sleep, it scrambles into your bed so that in the morning you find your Alafel snuggled up by your feet.  Its ears are always alert, patiently waiting for the sounds of you walking in the door, so it can come bounding to you immediately when you return.

Overall:
	Alafels are known for the irresistible tiny kisses they give Zarnians with their tongues, and the softness of it surprises most people at first.  They are often found curled up near a fire, cuddling with their owner as they purr softly while the owner gazes at them affectionately.  They are some of the closest companions of their owners, often quite literally.  Their pale wings remind many of an angel, perhaps one of love as hinted at by the heart on their heads.
