This means that, as long as it is in motion, absolutely nothing can cause it to slow down. Furniture shifts, doors open, civvies are shoved aside; doors even shift across architecture if something was to charge toward a building's wall.

  45. The "intent" of a living being's motion determine what path becomes clear. If someone wants to try and jump through the ground, that path would be cleared for them.

  47. Attacks that would normally slow down an affected object, like a bullet, can still make contact; but the force that would stop the affected object just doesn't effect it. If the attack wouldn't input any force that would slow down the user, it affects them normally.
