BACKGROUND:; minyoung was born in seoul, south korea. she lived with her parents, she was an only child. being an only child she was quite spoiled. when she was little she loved to sing, her passion was to be an idol. her parents could see that. as she grew up she took many many vocal lessons. once she tried to do a cover in public so she could recieve attention or maybe even be scouted. a few months after that she went back into the shadows and lived as a normal person. her parents owned a bakery, so minyoung worked there. at the age of 15, she got a call from blockberry creative saying that she got scouted. she was very happy. she was a trainee ever since.
